A really lovely stay!

The Pilgrim Inn was fantastic. It was incredibly clean, the twin room was spacious with a beautiful bathroom. The shower was roomy with a powerful head and plenty of hot water. It was easy to book and when i needed to move the trip, it was very easy to do. We had a lovely meal in the evening and breakfast the following morning had a great selection and nothing was too much trouble. I would definitely visit again.

Great place, stayed here a few times. Only complaint this time was there were no towels in the room (Room15 - 14-15th Jan) other than a bath mat. Didn’t have time to speak to anyone, but know they would have sorted it out immediately if I had.

What a delightful surprise. After negotiating the traffic and noise of nearby Southampton the quiet country setting seemed a world away, not just a few miles. THE ROOM was immaculately clean, super cozy with a generous floorplan and large, modern bathroom. Tasteful decor with lots of storage, old fashioned door keys. THE RESTAURANT, right across the parking lot, was an even nicer surprise. Meals were simple, but elegant and delicious. Breakfast was included in my rate which was an added bonus. Got the Full English one morning and it was yummy. THE INN overall is an excellent choice for the independent traveler who prefers fields over bright lights and urban noise.Sandwiched between two roadways there is steady hum of traffic, but not too bad. The front desk wasn't staffed (rung bell and waited maybe 3 minutes) so if you need frequent attention, room service or other services this may not be for you. THE PILGRIM INN was exceptionally well-maintained and obviously managed and staffed by a team with exacting, very professional standards.

Very nice property, just what you'd think of when you think of England. Would have loved to explore the little town more, but couldn't because of knee issues. The food and staff in the Pub were helpful and friendly. Everyone at the Inn was friendly and willing to help, especially Maria, who was busy multi-tasking both at the Inn and Pub. Thank you to everyone who helped make our 4 night stay at The Pilgram Inn very pleasant!

New forest treat

Fabulous location for exploring new forest. Although near main rd it was peaceful and beautiful room and super comfy bed. Thatch was being redone would love to return to see it in all its glory.
