A wall mounted AC unit in the upstairs bedroom keeps that room cool and a large wall mounted AC unit in the main area keeps the lower area cool. Seven night minimums, Saturday to Saturday during the peak season. Pets are considered on a case by case basis. $100 per stay per pet additional cleaning fee required. Dock usage for boating is available for an extra $500 per week. Subject to applicable taxes and fees. All Robert Paul Vacation Rental bookings include a non-refundable $250 fee that includes administrative fee and damage waiver assurance for self-reported incidental damage up to $1,000.00.
