Winter: Snow, ice, and steep terrain are common. Snow removal is scheduled after measurable snowfall, but some snow may remain between plow visits. AWD or 4WD vehicles with good tires are strongly recommended. Guests are responsible for preparing their vehicles, including arranging towing if needed.
Spring & Summer: Enjoy blooming forests, lush greenery, and warm days. Trails may be muddy after rain, and wildlife may be active.
Fall: Experience vibrant foliage. Expect uneven terrain, wet leaves, and early frost in late fall.
As a rural property, you may also encounter insects like mosquitoes and spiders, and pollen may affect guests with allergies. These natural conditions are part of the area’s charm and do not qualify for refunds.

Very secluded no road noise or other cabins around, just the sound of nature. Pleasantly surprised when first walking in. Nice pool table, video games & kitchen has the nicest gas stove/oven I've seen in any rental. The showers were amazing and beds comfortable. Hot tub was nice and bigger than most in Hocking Hills & comfortably fits 4 adults. Communication was clear with rapid response. Wouldn't hesitate to stay there again.

Great property with so much to do. Even your picky teenager has plenty to do here. Beds were nice with adjustable frames. King bed was firm and split king Outdoor area was perfect and again lots to do from volleyball to Cornhole. There's a nice big hot tub to enjoy after any hiking. The host is great too.

Perfect get a way for our family of 20 year old boys and spouses. The guys loved the hot tub and all the games. The kitchen is very well stocked- even has extra fun gadgets. The beds were comfy too. We truly enjoyed our stay!

Great property. Enjoyed the total seclusion, back a long lane with no neighbors. Awesome newer hot tub. Awesome outdoor toys. Loved the washer/dryer combo which was great for laundering clothes, just start the wash before you leave for the day and then you have dried clothes when you get home.

We had an incredible stay at this Hocking Hills hunting style cabin! Tucked away on a large, private piece of land, it offered total seclusion and endless space to explore. The cabin itself was the perfect blend of rustic charm and modern luxury—spotless, spacious, and loaded with high-tech amenities that made the experience feel effortless. Smart lighting, a fully equipped kitchen, and even climate control added comfort and convenience. Easily slept our group without feeling crowded. Whether hiking the trails, relaxing by the firepit or in the hot tub, or just enjoying the peaceful surroundings, every moment was unforgettable. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a unique getaway with all the comforts of home—and then some!

Unique Cabin
The house felt like it was made with quality, real wood and stone tile floors, and everything was easy to use. My family and I wanted a quick getaway and this was perfect, had so much land to explore and didn't feel constricting. My kids and their partners enjoyed pool table, darts, foosball, and arcade games, and the Xbox/PlayStation was a nice touch with the TV in each room. I thought the massage bed was cool and nice to watch tv in my room while the kids were on the couch watching their own movies.
