This was by far one of our favorite family vacations as not only was the stay super comfortable and welcoming, but the house alone is enough to make an amazing experience. The house was a dream to stay in! And to top it off, the house is in a perfect location by restaurants and stores all within 5 minutes away. - three settings 1) off 2) doorbell like chime upon opening 3) siren when door is open
✔ Fence - there is a fence around the entire backyard
✔ On both sides of the house, there is a gate, but children under the age of 8-10 can't get through those gates, so they can't walk around the house to get to the pool
✔ Street Gate - there is a big gate behind the shed of the side street - we don't keep this locked as we have pool maintenance people in and out all the time, but we put a padlock on the gate, so if you want lock it off so kids can't go in or out, the code to the pad lock is the same as the guest code for the doors
