Staff was fantastic, super welcoming and friendly, hotel lobby and room were spotless, house keeping even folded my clothes. Breakfast was fantastic full service with great pastries and well done up fruit plates. Nearly everything about our stay was perfect. Big thanks to the staff for such great food recommendations, amazing treatment and warm welcoming and hospitality. :) My only complaint was that everywhere in the hotel besides our room had a reek of cigarettes, despite the hotel being non smoking.

Great location, staff, facilities and amenities (perhaps add robes to complement the slippers though). Breakfast was excellent. Service from Danielle was superb. My only disappointment is upon checkout we were told the complementary golf buggy service couldn’t take us to the ferry. Instead a car was arranged but on arrival at the port the 23 euro charge incurred for the 3 min journey was surprising. I expected this to be covered given the usual transport option was normally included. It tainted a lovely stay.

This was one of the smaller hotels on the cliff in Sorrento but being smaller doesnt mean the quality is cut. The property is in amazing shape. Dino and Michelle were the daisy hosts and were so helpful and welcoming. The cleaning staff and grounds keepes are excellent. The property looks like a setting in a movie. Each day the staff cleaned our room and made even our clothes and mess tidy! The breakfast is unreal. They bring out so much food and its really good. The breakfast waitress is so sweet and kind and always has a smile; I wish we got her name... The rooms are well kept and beautiful. We will be back again to stay the next time were in Sorrento.

This property is absolutely gorgeous! My husband and I truly loved every about this hotel. The view from our Villa was breathtaking. The staff was amazing and the service was superb! Villa Silvana was a dream. From the property to the room to the staff was impeccable. We really enjoy our stay here. We stayed at the garden suite room called Sofia and it was decent size. The property has terrance that overlook the water and also have steps to get down to the port if you are up for it. They also offer to take guests to take port with their golf cart if there are drivers. Breakfast was excellent. We feel like we were treated so well. The staff were always smiling and ready to help. It is less than 10 mins walk to the Piazza Tasso and so many shopping. We cannot say enough about this place. I definitely would stay here. Highly recommend.

We cannot say enough great things about Villa Silvana! The place and views are beautiful, the food is delicious, the service is exceptional, and the location in Sorrento is perfect! We stayed in the top king suite (Ginevra room) for 4 days on our honeymoon and it was the most beautiful place we have ever stayed in. The 2-story suite included a hot tub, two terraces, an entire living room with a TV, a huge comfortable bed, large bathroom with walk in shower, and plenty of closet space. The views over the water are so stunning, especially at sunset. Every time when we would order drinks at their bar, the staff always offered to bring it up to our room, including some snacks as well. Aside from our suite, there are two more terraces from the main floors of the villa, one on the first level by the bar, and one in the sub-level where the dining room is. Breakfast was served every morning in the dining room, which included a ton of food at our table. There were cured meats and cheeses, breads, jams, pastries, fruit, yogurts, eggs, and coffees and freshly squeezed orange juice. The villa itself has some grounds you can walk around, including a citrus grove off to the side, and stairs that lead down the cliffside all the way down to Marina Piccola. The location was also close to everything, being a 5 minute walk from the train station, as well as the center of town. If you are on the fence about booking this place, just do it as you will not be disappointed!

A lovely small family run inn. Breakfast is served to you in formal dining room. Our rm is huge like an apartment with a beautiful private terrace . They picked us up from the ferry in an adorable golf cart .
