Luxury villa with spectacular mountain views and facing the relaxing Rio

Near Argeles, La Vallée Heureuse Sorede Home and Garden closed / terrace, near the beach (25min) and in front of the river.

This Villa is very comfortable, it is a historic mansion that has been updated with pleasure.
Capacity for 8 maximum 10 people. At the entrance of the property, there is a patio with garden and private and secure terraces with the south-facing pool with tables, chairs and sun loungers to relax. There is a southeast facing terrace behind the house, which has the great advantage of receiving the morning sun every day and is an ideal area for breakfast. We have covered outdoor terraces with a table 10 seat, a barbecue and several seating areas around an impressive 10-meter pool.
There are 5 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms (one with a bathtub), a toilet on floor 0 and one on at least -1 and a washing machine. We have a large garage and a large parking lot for 4 or 5 cars.
Upon entering the house, on floor 0 you have a beautiful living room with a traditional fireplace, with television (with satellite from 300 international channels) and a sofa bed. There is also a veranda area Lounge dining room and open and nice kitchen.
Here is also the master bedroom with double bed and fitted wardrobes and overlooking the pool. The bathroom with shower, bathtub and separate toilet.
On the other side of the living room we have access to bedroom 2. Ideal for children
We also have a crib, a playground and a high chair.
On the -1 floor there are 2 bedrooms each with a window and door - direct access to the garden and view of the river / mountain. The 2 with double bed. There is also a full bathroom with shower cubicle and separate toilet.
On the first floor (access from outside with stairs) we find the tower where there is a bedroom with double bed and balcony (very romantic)

It is a mini paradise.
The river passes through the property of the house, it is UNIQUE. A large pool with wooden bar and huge sunny terraces, very quiet and relaxing area.
The house is equipped with a Finnish Sauna, a Lounge, has wifi, satellite TV, air conditioning and a large closed parking with automatic gate
A couple of bicycles are as long as you have access to some fabulous rides right at the door - this part of France is fantastic for cycling and for the true enthusiast we can recommend some difficult, surprising routes and if necessary!

Located in La Vallée Heureuse, Sorede, it is 10min from the pharmacy, shops, good restaurants, cafes, bakery, bars, the weekly farmers market and festivals throughout the year.

And only 15 minutes drive from Argeles-sur-Mer, Saint-Cyprien or Collioure beaches.

What's more, you can enjoy a walk / hike on the river and natural pools of "Vallée Heureuse" or "Happy Valley" on our skirts for a refreshing escape. And a unique "Vallee des Tortues" Turtle Sanctuary and play park is only 5 minutes away too.

Your holiday home is only 15 to 20 minutes from the Spanish border or 2 hours to Barcelona.

It is minutes away from famous art and rich history of charming villages that dot the Vermillion coast the 'Côte Vermeille' of the Mediterranean. Day trips are easy to ski Pyrenees Mountain, river enjoyment, aquaitic sports, UNESCO heritage Carcassonne, and other famous local sites.

Buses anywhere in the county cost only 1 euro, even up to the mountain! If you want to go to the beach you can also drive and rent bicycles, once there as it is a beautiful promenade.

For flights, rental is closer to Perpignan, Girona Spain, Carcassonne and Beziers airports (in that order). Then from Barcelona only 2 hours away.
