Nice hotel, but we had an older room, carpet on the floor. The room and hall could use updating. The room was clean and no issues.

Underwhelming

While the service was friendly, I felt the hotel itself was not as advertised. The hotel itself seemed a little outdated. The bed was dreadfully hard and the pool was drained and closed. Overall it was pretty underwhelming.

The location was convenient. This hotel would have definitely been at its prime 10-15 years ago. It has the bones for a phenomenal hotel but appears to just be “maintained” now. The pool was drained and the jetted bath tub showed remnants of the previous guests. Staff was kind and very accommodating. Would stay again but with less expectations. Great view!
