No water is provided in the rooms but there's a water dispenser on the ground floor lobby. Otherwise, you can walk 100m to a convenience store. Kitchenette was small but had all the necessary stuff to make dinner. Cozy place for a family of four to spend the night.

Overall, this place was okay. The only reason that I might not go back there is because they have really awful mattress.. so u might wanna ask for extra blankets to place them over the mattress. And if u donโ€™t wanna bother to recycle and clean while u r on vacay, this place might not be ideal for you.

We both had to caugh a lot since the air was so dry. The heating was always on and couldn't change anything. The staff didn't speak English and the cleaning ladies worked at 8 in the morning on Sunday. But our rooms never got cleaned in one week of stay. Not sure if you can call this a hotel.

good location to see downtown and pears

Pros) Since this place is brand new, room condition was great also location is good to beach within few minutes. hotel restaurant provides good quality Korea local food and price is also comparative. Cons) room rate is a little high and it was hard to get local restaurants by foot, 10~15 minutes?

The service was great as they allowed for us to extend the checkout time though it was 2 hrs off. The only downside is that the mattress is really uncomfortable as itโ€™s hard. Besides from that everything is really good as itโ€™s next to the express bus terminal and a direct bus that leads to Seoraksan
