iTrip was a great management company, very communicative, thorough, helpful and responsive. They provided things that other management companies don't often provide like soap, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, dish soap, laundry pods, etc. The unit is outdated, which we knew by the photos, but the dated nature left us with an ice maker and oven that didn't work. The ice was an easy fix as we bought ice and even iTrip offered to buy us some. The oven was much harder. iTrip brought us a countertop toaster oven which was helpful but still left it difficult to make a meal for 5 people that requires multiple items in the oven. If we would have known, we wouldn't have purchased some of the food we did. The place easily accommodated our family of 5 for sleeping with 4 beds and 3 full bathrooms, which was great. However the beds are really uncomfortable and the pillows were worse. An easy solution to make the situation better would be purchasing pillows from Costco which are reasonable in price and universally acceptable to most people. And maybe padded mattress toppers or pads to help with the comfort of the beds. The other small suggestion I would make is to purchase a cheap set of glasses from Target. There were 15 coffee mugs but very few glasses. Very easy things to help...aside from replacing the oven. We appreciate iTrip's efforts to help us.
