Located on the second floor with direct ski-in/ski-out access, D3F offers 830 sq. ft. of thoughtfully designed space and beautiful views of the pool and Fanny Hill from your private balcony. The inviting living area features an L-shaped leather sofa, a cozy gas fireplace, and plenty of natural light—ideal for relaxing after a day on the slopes. The recently renovated kitchen is modern and fully equipped, featuring sleek gray cabinetry, stainless appliances, and a convenient island with seating for four. The bedroom on the main level offers a king bed and access to a bathroom with a walk-in shower, while the loft provides extra sleeping space with two queen beds and a second full bathroom.

Please note that Timberline does not have elevators; assistance with luggage is available upon request. While the condo does not feature air conditioning, floor fans are provided to ensure comfort during warmer days. For the comfort of all guests, pets are not permitted. Coin-operated laundry facilities are available in two convenient locations on the property, though there are no in-unit washers or dryers. Parking is available for a daily fee in the winter (Thanksgiving- April) and is free in the summers.
