Please check with Ms. Grayson regarding the issues of the house. thank you The ceiling fan never worked in the downstairs bedroom. And the outside stairs lighting.

It was fine

The location is really good. The house is a bit dated but not a deal breaker. One deck is closed off for safety i beleive as the door did not open. Whoever was there prior to our stay had placed dirty dishes in the cabinet so we washed them. There are a lot of water bugs if you go sit in the sunroom or deck in the late evening. The water heater is not the most efficient. I got tepid showers in the bedroom off the kitchen. The island shut the water off at point time and the host called us back to let us know what was happening as early as she could. Really minor complaints but all things considered its not a bad rental for a few days. Just check your dishes oh and do not expect to find the remote to the ceiling fans working they were dead or missing.

Great location, house needs work

The location is perfect, easy access to the beach. The outside shower and large grass area is really nice. Be aware, this house needs work. The carpets have multiple large stains in every room. Multiple things in the house are broken and some things are falling off the walls. We arrived after dark it was pitch black and the key pad wouldn’t work. Thankfully the owner answered the phone to help me find a key. The full size bunk beds had twin sheet on them, doesn’t come close to staying on. We didn’t need that bed but still. I don’t like leaving negative reviews but we were disappointed in this house given the price we paid.

Topsail Beach House

This beach house was perfect for our family. It was the easiest check in and out process. I wish we could have stayed longer. The beach was just right across the road with easy access. The only thing I wished was the porches had chairs for us to sit outside and beach chairs and an umbrella for the beach. Overall it was perfect! Will come back!!
