"Our room was neat and clean. We were, however, in room 310 which is right over the area of the Fremont Street Experience. It was very loud. We did have a choice and selected the room anyway. We are not complaining, just advising! Also, the room was smaller than what we normally book. We chose this hotel specifically for the Fremont Street Experience and were not disappointed."

"This is a classic vegas downtown hotel. We stayed in the historic part of the hotel. It’s very affordable and has all you need. Unfortunately the staff were quite abrupt at the check in and didn’t seem to care so much about our stay. This was surprising as the documentary on the hotel TV about the hotel’s history constantly laments how it’s a family business and customers are put first. Sadly this was not the case. In my opinion it lets the hotel down because it has some good qualities. I hope in the future the front desk team can get some training, and reflect on how they interact with customers. "
