Big clean and comfortable rooms. We came in from Heathrow on the Heathrow express. You can enter the hotel from Paddington station. And easy to get back. Nice area with pubs and Resturant’s. Convenient to the tube.

The property was located across from freemount street. The hotel smells of cigarettes and the room smelled dingy. The room looked clean but definitely aged as well as the carpet and furnishings. The rooftop pool was beautiful. I myself would not stay here again.

No soap in bathroom , I told the front desk and they told me to call house keeping , room needs remodel counter tops chipping off , really disappointed for the resort fee , house keeping on request ? What does the resort fee cover? We stayed here many times over the years but not anymore
