I had never stayed at the Plaza before and was pleasantly surprised. The beds where comfy, the staff super friendly and the casino was solid. I will definitely stay there again.

Lacking fan in bathroom Room service was a mystery as the housing keeping phone line nobody ever answered and when I called the front desk and asked how to get new bed sheets and bath towels they said call house keeping? Go figure that one out?

Rooms need to be updated and not enough outlets . The shower made a weird noise and smelled of sewage. The bed was great and front desk was nice. The price was a little steep for the quality of the room!!!

Desk staff was very nice. Room was dusty and the counters were dirty. They had previous guest stuff on them. I brought Clorex wipes and did the whole room. They were pretty dirty.The sink in the bathroom did not drain. The rooms are way to expensive.We are not big drinkers. 2 very small margaritas were 24.00. That is ridiculous. Used you as just a stay over to see the Wizard Of Oz. Then on to the Grand Canyon. We will not be back to the Plaza.
