Room was horribly noisy from music on the street. Asked at 1am to be moved to a quieter room. Was told they could move us to a quieter room for $200/night. No thanks. Went down to the front desk at 9am to get moved again. They said they would call us when a room was available. No call. Tried again in mid afternoon. After endless complaining, they finally moved us across the hall. Much better because it was not on the street with the band playing till 3am. We basically wasted 24 hours in Las Vegas trying to get moved so we could sleep. We go to vegas a lot and it was our first time staying there. We will never stay there again.

The hotel is so hot and when you get on the elevator, you can’t breathe at all, and everybody shoves their way in and I literally felt like I was going to pass out. I had to ask for clean towels and the people that work there were just not that pleasant. There’s only one tiny coffee shop and very limited things that you can get there so you have to go out for everything. And it’s extremely loud at night because of Fremont Street.
