You can't beat this modern and recently updated Tollgate home for your peaceful family getaway to Sisters, OR. This home features 3 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, a large open great room, fully stocked luxury kitchen, dining area, and laundry room. There is also a large deck with a hot tub, abundant outdoor seating, and a BBQ. The home sits on a large lot (more than half an acre) and is located in the quiet Tollgate community. When you stay at this Tollgate home you get all of the community amenities with it: community pool, pickle-ball/tennis courts, walking trails, basketball courts, etc. Guests can use the community pool between Memorial Day weekend and Labor Day Weekend when it closes for the year (weather dependent). Nearly everything in this home is brand new! As it says in the title, we are dog friendly, but please be sure to check the box saying that you are bringing a dog and pay the $100/trip dog fee! There is a $300 fee for each unregistered pet.

ALL DOGS MUST BE LEASHED AT ALL TIMES WHILE OUTSIDE THE HOME. If any accidents happen due to your dog being off-leash, the guests responsible will be liable.

There is 1 king size bed, 1 queen size bed, 2 twin beds, and 1 queen size pullout bed. The fireplace pictured is not functional so please don't use it!

Please note that we only allow a maximum of 2 dogs.

Also, please note that in Central Oregon in the Winter we often have snowy road conditions. To make things simple, we stick to our stated cancellation policy. Please keep this in mind when booking in the Winter months. We also have a similar policy for smoke in the Summer. There’s a chance due to wildfires that there are smokey air conditions during your stay. If evacuations were to take place (extremely rare around here!) then a refund would be given, but other than that we will stick to the stated cancellation policy. Thank you for your understanding!

Guests will not have access to the garage as the owner keeps personal property/vehicles in the garage.
