New, exclusive holiday flat in the elegant Caesar Resort in Sirmione. The flat is on 2 levels and offers an entrance to the flat via the private garage. You will find a bedroom and a bathroom on the lower level, as well as a great gaming room with table tennis table, pool table and cosy furnishings. A staircase leads to the ground floor of the flat, where you will find a bright living and dining room with sofa bed, dining table and fully equipped kitchenette, as well as access to the large terrace and garden. Furthermore, you will find another bedroom and the second bathroom here. The room in the basement has a large window into the light well and is very pleasant to live in, especially in summer. In the complex you will find 5 great pools and beautiful green areas. You can walk to the historic centre of Sirmione and to restaurants, bars and supermarkets.
