As a solo traveller, I was very pleased. I felt totally comfortable. Would have been even better had there not been so much construction going on around it, but that is no fault of theirs. Would definitely stay again!

Had a good stay here. Staff was friendly and helpful. Room was clean and comfy. Older Hotel so could use a little updating here and there. Continental breakfast lacked a lot of options and was very basic compared to other hotels. Property located next to hospital so it was very busy.

The room seemed clean but had a stale smoke smell to it. I would imagine it used to be a smoking room a long time ago. Older feeling hotel. Decent place to stay. Great location if you need to be anywhere on the Avera campus as it's literally less than 5 minutes to get to pretty much any of the plazas. Also not a bad price for the night in Sioux Falls.

This is an older building but well maintained and kept up. They do a good job of replacing worn out furnishings etc. Staff is very friendly and helpful assisting in finding places you need and offering suggestions for dining, etc. there is a shuttle that runs around the medical complex making it easy to get where you need to without having to drive yourself.
