An excellent hotel all round. The staff were friendly, informed and courteous. The hotel room was large and comfortable. The hotel has a sister company - heritage tours - which was also excellent and arranged a fantastic, dedicated 3 day visit to Angkor Wat temples and Kulem mountain. (We co-designed the itinerary with Heritage Tours.)

A great three night stay to explore Angkor. The staff was amazing, Makara and Tola were great and looked after us very well. We also booked all our Angkor temples via Heritage Tours and Teka was amazing in arranging everything. Solthea our guide was very knoweldgeable. Picked us up from the airport and returned us again and was great. All in all I cannot fault anything.

Staff was the most kind and hospitable I have ever encountered. The facilities were immaculate and it was nice to have the availability of breakfast in the morning. Make sure to book a massage and facial...they're phenomenal. The Heritage Adventures Team did an amazing job of providing a last-minute booking when a third-party vendor canceled and the whole team went above and beyond to make my stay and overall experience pure MAGIC! If you ever go to Cambodia, stay here at least once to experience the Wonder that is The Kingdom. Arkoun Chraen. 🙏

Beautiful hotel and comfortable stay

We had a very pleasant stay in Heritage Suits hotel. The hotel itself is beautiful and our bangalow was lovely. It was spacious, clean and very comfortable. Breakfast was great and we enjoyed our evening meal on the one night we dined there. The journey to the centre of Siem Reap is only a few minutes by Tuk Tuk and the ride was actually really enjoyable - you get to see more of Siem Reap. The hotel staff are lovely and accommodating but I would advise to ensure the messages are clearly conveyed to avoid any misunderstanding. We would love to come back to Siem Reap one day and Heritage Suits would be our prefers choice!

The Heritage Suites Hotel offers great amenities for an affordable price. We had a private pool in our suite! Staff are incredibly kind, helpful and reliable. I can only recommend that hotel, which I very much preferred to a past experience in Siem Reap in a well known international luxury brand hotel.

Excellent stay, highly recommend

Simply incredible. We loved every second of our stay here. A true 5 star hotel at extremely reasonable prices. The staff are some of the nicest and most accommodating we’ve ever come across, going above and beyond each and every day. They have a jazz night on Tuesday which we loved, a stunning pool with happy hour drinks and food offers, and a gorgeous on site spa. The location was great, very close to central but just far enough to be away from the noise. Breakfast is delicious and the beds are comfortable, I really don’t have a bad thing to say! I recommend getting the airport pickup too, the pickup car has cool towels, soft drinks and wifi for the ride! I also suggest upgrading to the slightly nicer suite or even the room with the private pool, again for not much more money but gets you a massive and beautiful suite!

We booked a family suite, and while it was spacious, the design had some drawbacks: 1. Curtains separated the two beds instead of a solid partition. 2. The shower area had no door for privacy. 3. The floor was extremely slippery, and we had to move carefully—unfortunately, my son slipped and fell. 4. The electrical outlets were very loose, making it difficult for our chargers to stay plugged in. 5. The room felt outdated. 6. The breakfast options were very limited. Overall, it wasn’t the most comfortable stay.

I went for the half-marathon. I met a family. This charming property welcomed me wholeheartedly, and it made the race a much pleasant experience; from the English speaking remok driver who managed my moves around town including the 4:15am departure to the race, to the amazing receptionist who got out of her way to get me the safety pins, from the delicious food to the floral decorations (the gardening staff created an orchid bloom just before the weekend), every detail contributed to a wonderful experience!

The property was set in a boutique complex, in a very relaxing setting. Overall, the property is well maintained. The staff were accomodating, very friendly and went out of their way to make the guests feel at home. The breakfast was great and had both western and local options. In addition, the lunch and dinner options were also nice, but Steven at the concierge desk had made some fantastic recommendations for dinner in the local area (I would highly recommend the Embassy) which didn’t disappoint. The hotel is in relatively close proximity to the central area of Siem Reap (pub street and old markets) so if you’re up for a walk it’s about 15 minutes. Alternatively, you can take a tuk tuk for 3 USD. The only down side was that our room was a little overlooked by the adjoining property, otherwise everything else was fantastic.

Holiday in Siem Reap

Excellent Hotel. Excellent Service. Excellent Facilities. Excellent Quality. Excellent Spa. Excellent TukTuk and Tour Services. All of the staff, and especially Sinat and Tula, make a real difference when you stay here by giving a full personnel service, and nothing is too much trouble at all for any of them. This is the 3rd time we have stayed here - the last time was in 2014 - and it really is still the best hotel we have stayed in at Siem Reap. Attention to detail is second to none. The Colonial Pool Suite we had was amazing and spacious with great amenities. Food and presentation is excellent. Daily turn down gifts are cherished. Its because of the service we had throughout our previous stays here that we booked it again this year - and we will book this hotel again when we return in the future - so highly recommended.
