Pretty much so . Location was outstanding .design and layout of the property is relaxing .however kitchen burners and pans for cooking could have been better .

Great location. Spectacular views. Clean, modern and comfortable accommodation.

Loved the Zenith. Location was perfect. Accommodation spotless and so comfortable. Plenty of outdoor space to enjoy. Seamless check in and operator easy to communicate with. We will most definitely be back.

Reviewer Comments: Fantastic accom, easy check in process, beautiful views, peaceful outlook from the balcony, comfortable bedding and pillows with a good selection of amenities included (except weird shaped coffee pods we couldn’t find at the shops) We would have enjoyed some additional towels as the shower floors get soooo wet so all towels were soaked through. Alternatively some washing liquid so we could have washed them.

Great location, awesome view, very private

We were just a couple so we only used the top floor which was great and we had all we needed. If there were more guests as planned, I think we might have needed more glasses, plates etc. but for the two of us, it was great.

Absolute bliss!

This property is truly amazing - the home is modern and well appointed. The views are stunning and the whole “vibe” was holiday. Impossible not to relax and enjoy all the house had to offer, despite the weather! Even then the vista was still stunning and the rain on the roof and the sound of the sea was beautiful. Situated on the edge of the national park was serene and quiet, very private and away from the hustle of Shoal Bay. Can’t recommend this house highly enough! Thank you to the owners for sharing and the management team who were very professional, prompt and helpful. Bindi and Stewart

Magnificent views

A spacious modern home across 2 levels, large bedrooms. Well stocked basic pantry items. The steep driveway did not suit both cars or elderly visitors (but ample room at street level for cars). A couple of safety concerns could be addressed such as door stops in all rooms as doors slam shut. Oven has not been fixed into place and no handrails on stairs for little hands / elderly. A wonderful location for family to have privacy yet room to move.

Reviewer Comments: We had a lovely summer holiday at The Zenith, and the property was clean and well presented. Beautiful large home, with great allocation of rooms with space for everyone. Only negatives were old coffee machine, and no pods available to purchase in shops, and extra bath towels would be good as washing machine takes quite a while to process laundry. Also no starter pack of clothes washing liquid provided, which was possibly an oversight.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The house is incredible overall with an amazing view. But please bring extra towels, and toilet paper as there was not enough. Also, not enough wine glasses. The house needs a DEEP clean. Our feet were black pretty quickly from walking on the dirty floor. Not enough blankets and doonas either if you are cold at night, like I am. These are just small things and out overall stay was pleasant.

Great Property - Almost Perfect

This Property was almost perfect! The location was great the house was very comfortable. We had a really nice family holiday. There were a few things that I'd like to give constructive feedback on. The floors were extremely dirty. they need a really good scrub! our feet were black from only minutes of walking around the home. (we were asked to wear no shoes in the property. that was fine but our feet were constantly dirty because of the floors) The beds did not have mattress protectors on them and just a bare sheet. The toaster was broken and only toasted on one side. I only give this feedback as I would love to stay at this property again and would hope that these things were considered or fixed. Thanks

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Big, spacious and very clean house. We appreciated the bottle of wine provided. For a winter stay, we didn’t find the house very “cosy”. Perhaps could have done with some more soft furnishings (throw rugs etc). For the amount of people the house sleeps, we also felt like the living area could do with an extra seat (an armchair). We also encountered a couple of maintenance issues: the automatic garage door would not close on our first night there, leaving internal access to the house - a safety risk for us. There was also a leak in the upstairs toilet. Water flooded the floor of the toilet area several times and needed to be mopped up. A handyman did attend to these issues the next morning to rectify them.

Quite disappointed in the cleanliness of the house

I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The location of the property and the views were amazing, however we were extremely disappointed to find that the house itself was filthy.There was dirt, dust, dead bugs throughout the house, the three downstairs bedrooms were the worst with one of the beds containing a dead spider.We ourselves swept both of the balconies upon arrival, we were asked not to wear shoes in the house and our feet were filthy due to the floors being so dirty. Very disappointing considering we paid a $390 cleaning fee.The gas bottle for the bbq was almost empty and we did not receive the free bottle of wine that we were promised upon booking.Due to the filthy state of this house we would not return, it is in need of a really thorough clean.

Zenith - August 2022

Great view and quite street with the national park out front. It was nice to have soap pumps and hand sanitiser in bathrooms. A few things need fixing, bin drawer in kitchen, shower screen in bathroom leaks water - needs silicone along the bottom. Ensuite bathroom in not very practical could do with a shower screen.
