Check in was very slow. It seemed to take the receptionist a long time to access details from the computer. I was one of three people waiting in the reception area. The receptionist wasn't welcoming or confident. I was asked to write my driver's license number on the check in form. Why is this required? I have stayed here many times, and I have never been asked to provide this. I travel a lot for work and stay at many hotels and have never been asked to give this detail. I asked the receptionist why it was needed, she said it was on the new computer system.

Great location and comfortable bed. We had a late check-in, while we easily accessed our key there was no further information provided. We had to make another phone call to find our room. (Actually in Maude Street) There were several light globes out in our room and it could have been cleaner (smeared mirrors, marks on walls and cobwebs). It would he useful for a five night stay to have more than one towel each.
