"Your front desk guy Andre was great but, bedbugs are unacceptable. Thank God, my ADA dog alerted me. It was huge, and I believe it bit her because she yelped and jumped. Never in my life have I been to a hotel that had bedbugs and I have stayed at a lot of hotels. Definitely need to fumigate this place close it down and make sure it’s sanitary."

"The room was clean and the staff was friendly. The fitness center was clean also - there were no towels or hand weights in the fitness center but that was a minor problem. We will definitely stay again. Breakfast was great!!!!"

"Cleaned tab bit better, hair in tub, hair in bed (guessing it was It was from like when you washed the blankets you know your hair gets wadded up), The fridge still had food in it, at least the freezer part. And toilet needs fixed - sit and it leans, kinda feels like fall thru floor"
