"The staff was very welcoming and they had a shuttle to take you to Memphis or other spots nearby. The layout of the room was nice. There was a comfortable couch and the television pivoted so you could watch from the bed or the couch. The shower was slippery. Wish there were safety bars. The breakfast was fair. The usual food you find like scrambled eggs, sausage patties, biscuits and gravy. All just average - nothing special. Overall it was prerty basic. "

"We have stayed here twice now and both times was great. The rooms are clean and well kept parking was good and the staff very friendly. The only thing we did not like on the second stay was the pool was closed other than that it was a fantastic place to stay."

"The hotel I selected on Expedia was not the hotel I got. I choose a room in MT not West Memphis Arkansas. The room reeked of cigarette smoke and there were ashes on the carpet by the bed. The furniture was warn and I found a used Q-tip on the floor near the closet. I would not recommend this hotel to my worst enemy. I would have given "0" stars but I will give one star for a comfortable bed."
