Receptionist was excellence, room was decent enough but whole place looking a bit tired. Really disappointing as had to cut shower short in the morning as drainage in bathtub was so poor. Didn't leave us enough time before checkout to raise with staff but really ruined the experience as instead of having 2 showers between us were restricted to 1/2 with the other person missing out.

Poor breakfast service, waited over 45minutes for cooked items and still did not arrive. In fairness to the Duty Manager, they apologised and refunded breakfast. Shower screen was not very clean. On the plus side, bed was comfy and bath was very good.

Clean property. Friendly staff. Looks absolutely gorgeous but actually a little 'tired'. Room needed extra heating, TV was in an odd place, had to get staff to bring a remote control, very small toiletries. Bathroom mirror so high, I could only see my eyes. No shelf in shower to put anything. Just needs a few small touches to make it amazing.

Lovely hotel in a beautiful setting. Immaculate grounds. Wonderful, friendly staff. Good sized room with comfortable large bed. Nice breakfast generally but didn't like the sausage flavour and only one rasher of bacon.
