Concierge were great. So friendly and provided recommendations to local restaurants. Rooms overall are great in that they are spacious. Pool top patio was nice to relax after the day. Our issue was with the room cleaning service. Seemed the housekeeper pulled up our covers and called it a day. Coffee table didn’t get a wipe. Coffee pods, tea and jam were not replenished. She left out some things which seemed pointed as if we should know to empty? Felt off given the rest of the staff and location was great.

Superb stay!

Pros: We had a wonderful stay at Aquitania. All the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout our visit. The apartments were cleaned daily, and complimentary water and coffee were regularly replenished. The entire hotel was spotless, which made a great impression. The pool area was perfect—well-maintained and very relaxing. The location was excellent, with easy access to everything we needed. We’d definitely recommend Aquitania to others. Cons: We stayed for 9 days as part of a longer trip and used the apartments more like a temporary home. It would have been helpful if the apartment included a few basic kitchen essentials, such as salt and pepper, a dish towel, and perhaps an upgraded pillow for better comfort.
