Welcome to Moulin de Crozet, a charming former watermill located in the heart of the Combrailles region, set within an exceptional 3.5-hectare natural estate bordered by a stream, a pond and small waterfalls.

This warm and welcoming property is ideal for family gatherings, group stays, retreats, workshops, seminars, association events or reunions with friends.

Accommodation Capacity

The estate can accommodate up to 32 guests and consists of two separate buildings:

The Mill: up to 26 guests
The Independent Cottage: 6 additional guests (subject to availability)

You may rent the Mill only (26 guests) or the entire estate including the cottage for a total capacity of 32 guests (see our other listings).

The Mill – Sleeps 26

This beautifully renovated 330 m² former mill is spread over three levels and offers spacious living areas designed for both comfort and conviviality.

Reception Hall & Professional Kitchen

On the ground floor, a large reception room accommodating up to 60 people features:

Fully equipped professional kitchen
Wood-burning stove
Reversible air conditioning
TV screen
Direct access to a large outdoor area with barbecue and shaded tables

A perfect space for shared meals, retreats, workshops and celebrations.

Dormitories

The first floor includes:

Two dormitories with 8 and 10 beds
Two bathrooms with walk-in showers
Two separate toilets

Duvets and pillows are provided. Bed linen available upon request.

Independent Apartment

The second floor features a self-contained apartment including:

Living room with open-plan kitchen
Two bedrooms
One sofa bed
Bathroom with walk-in shower

The Cottage – Sleeps 6

Located slightly apart from the main building, this independent cottage perfectly complements the estate.

With its charming country-style and vintage atmosphere, it includes:

Living and dining area
Covered terrace with barbecue
Fully equipped kitchen
Three bedrooms
Bathroom with bathtub and shower
Separate toilet

An ideal space for families, facilitators or guests seeking additional privacy.

Surrounded by nature, the estate offers numerous outdoor spaces ideal for relaxation and reconnecting with nature.

Starting in October, the estate will also feature a dedicated 60 m² space for retreats, wellness activities, yoga, and dance.

A children's playroom will also be available, including a table football game and play areas designed for younger children.

Optional Services

To allow guests the freedom to choose the services they need, bed linen and end-of-stay cleaning are not included in the rental price.

Bed linen rental: €9 per bed used
End-of-stay cleaning option: €240

These services are entirely optional and payable on site.

Guests are welcome to bring their own bed linen and carry out the end-of-stay cleaning themselves according to the instructions provided upon arrival.

Security Deposit

A security deposit of €1,000 is required upon arrival and will be refunded after the check-out inspection, provided no damage is found.
