It comprises a 90 m² living room, a fully equipped kitchen, three bedrooms, a bathroom (with shower), and you can enjoy a garden of around 400 m². Bed linen and towels included, we are waiting for you!

The accommodation is laid out as follows:

- Bedroom 2: a queen-size bed (160x200)

For even more comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: barbecue, washing machine, plancha grill, fan.

Outside:
- A beautiful private enclosed garden of 400 m², facing south
- A terrace of approximately 15 m², facing south with furniture to enjoy sunny days

The house is ideally located in Semussac, in a very pleasant environment. You will be close to all essential shops as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, and more.
