Casa de pueblo lujosamente equipada con jardín y piscina climatizada.

Esta casa de pueblo renovada de 120 años con jardín y piscina se encuentra en el hermoso pueblo de Selva. La elegante casa decorada tiene una superficie habitable de 350 m2. Hay una entrada espaciosa en la planta baja. Tres habitaciones dobles comienzan desde la entrada. Las habitaciones tienen baño privado. El dormitorio principal tiene acceso directo al jardín. Una escalera conduce desde la entrada al primer piso. Aquí está la cocina profesionalmente equipada con lavaplatos, una encimera de gas de seis quemadores y un gran congelador de hielo y (vino). Al lado de la cocina está la biblioteca con un rincón de lectura.

En el 2do Piso hay el 4to Habitación doble con lavabo y aire acondicionado. El salón cuenta con chimenea, TV vía satélite, DVD y una gran selección de DVD. Hay un aseo de invitados. Desde la cocina y el salón se llega a la terraza que da al jardín. La terraza está incrustada en hermosos jardines con una elegante piscina climatizada (4x7m). Además del césped con árboles frutales, hay una sala de estar con sofás. En la casa del jardín hay un baño separado y una sala de lavandería con lavadora y lavadora-secadora. La calefacción por suelo radiante y la chimenea hacen que la casa sea habitable incluso en invierno.

La plaza del mercado con sus restaurantes y 2 bares Kneipp está a solo 200 metros de la casa. Hay 2 panaderías, una pequeña tienda y 2 cajas de ahorro. La casa tiene internet.

A beautiful and well-equipped property , a lovely home from home with the addition of a good dose of sunshine! The host was super helpful and gave us some great ideas for eating out and visits. Perfect stay!

We had the best stay, and will certainly be returning soon. The property is absolutely brilliant and felt like a real home away from home. Highlights for our toddler being the pool, the play room and the resident tortoises! Selva is a sleepy town, but with everything you need including some great restaurants on your doorstep. Can’t recommend highly enough.

A great stay

A great house with an excellent and well equipped kitchen. Also a very nice welcome package with water, wine, cheese and other stuff, great if you arrive late. A lot of details in taking care of you as a guest, like bathrobes, small bottles of soap, shampoo etc. felt like a better hotel suite but with your own pool. The property was very wellmaintained and the owners very friendly and accommodating. A house that we will definitively go back to.

What a discovery

Ca sa Doctora is on a quiet street in a quiet village and is all the better for it. The house is without doubt one of the best that we've stayed in anywhere, and we've stayed in many. It's extremely comfortable; remarkably well-equipped; wonderfully stylish; and absolutely private. The pictures hardly do it justice. The kitchen/dining room; salon; and outside space really did surpass our expectations, not that everywhere else didn't. Very little happens in Selva, which is not by any means a criticism. It's calm and and pretty and has all that you need; and it's a great base to explore from. We cannot fault anything and rediscovered our love for Mallorca.

Excellent property In Mid Majorca

This is a luxury accommodation slap bang in the middle of the island .. by that I mean 30 mins anywhere gets you to great beaches .. etc . Therefore a car is essential.. The property is pretty much as seen on website.. it boasts lots of mod cons especially the kitchen and bathrooms. We had a few teething problems as one does but we were well sorted by day two .. From the villa you could walk into the village which had a bakery .. a couple of really nice coffee shops .. a couple of restaurants so if you were lazy you could quite easily stay without the hassle of driving afield in the evening . All in all really very nice and comes highly recommended by us .

ein Domizil, das wenig Wünsche offen läßt. Expressoautomat , Unterhaltungselerktronik - großzügiges Raumangebot - alles da. Geschmackvoll durchgestylt. Bettenbreite für spanische Verhältnisse sehr gut. Im Garten spenden Mandarinen- u Zitronenbäumchen zusätzlich natürlichen Schatten und im Mai auch die Zutaten für die Drinks! Pool beheizbar - wichtig in den nicht so warmen Jahreszeiten. Alles top Pflegezustand .Sehr aufmerksame, freundliche Vermieter. Selva, in den Foothills des Tramuntana Gebirges, ist ein hervorragender Standort für Ausflüge in alle Richtungen. Man ist schnell fast überall auf der Insel. Fahrradfahren auf verkehrsarmen befestigten Straßen bzw landwirtschaftlichen Straßen sehr schön , herrliche Ausblicke und Oliven/Mandelhaine, wenn es z.T. etwas hügelig sein darf. Gutes Restaurant "Micelli" (Marktküche) (Stand Mai 2014) keine fünf Minuten zu Fuß - unbedingt zu allen Tageszeiten vorreservieren. Auf der Taerrasse mit Fernblick ist es am schönsten

Idyllic holiday home

This place is amazing! Just as you would expect from the photos and the owners go the extra mile to make you feel welcome. They provided everything you could possibly need for a perfect weeks holiday. The location is in gorgeous quiet little village and is a good base to explore the island. The property was very clean and extremely well maintained. I would definitely recommend this property to friends and family considering visiting Mallorca.

Fabulous holiday in a lovely village

Ca Sa Doctora is a fabulous place to stay, a historic building, with all the modern touches and features, but still has a lovely homely, relaxed feel about it. The garden is a great place to relax and spend the afternoons in lying under the lemon trees. The proximity to the local village square is great and you can be almost anywhere on the island within about a 30min drive.

Wir verbrachten eine wunderschöne Woche in der Ca Sa Doctora. ein Feriendomizil, das das wunderbar stilvoll renoviert und ausgestattet wurde. Durchdacht, geplant und mit viel Geschmack. Wunderbar, dass es solche Unterkünfte auf Mallorca gibt! Kritik? Da muss man schon genau hinsehen, aber auch die soll nicht ausbleiben: Zwei Schlafzimmer gehen zur Strasse raus, vorbeifahrende Autos sind bei offenem Fenster laut. Parkplätze gibt es am Haus keine. Hier muss man 3 Minuten laufen. Dies soll aber den Gesamteindruck nicht schmälern: Wunderbares Dorf, schöne Hanglage, liebevoll und sehr hochwertig ausgestattet.

Fantastic townhouse!

Dear Wieteke ! From my booking proces I remembered that it was a very nice house. But the house was much better than expected. It is very seldom that houses for rent are renovated and decoreted with so much accuracy and charm. The house has a very nice and consistent style and we loved it from the moment we arrived. Also the kids. Normally we never just want to be in a rented house, but here we felt at home. We have already told several friends about the house and showed them pictures. So I am pretty sure, that some of our friends will visit our wonderfull house in the future. We will definitely come back. Venlig hilsen Lars

Beautiful villa in Selva

This modern, beautiful furnished house has all modern conveniences. We felt right at home. The house is very clean and tidy and the bedrooms and bathrooms are spacious. The villa is situated in a quiet neighbourhood. Parking the car was not always possible in the narrow street at the house. We came on a Sunday afternoon and the owners had some food and drinks set for us. The owners responded promptly to any questions we had. The house is easily and quickly accessible by motorway from Palma. We had much rain during our holiday, but the house has a television, dvd player, music installation and library so we could have fun. We recommend this house to anyone and love to come back sometime.

What an AMAZING week!

As frequent travellers to Mallorca we believe that we are good judges of villas on the island and this villa certainly doesn't disappoint. First of all the kitchen is just fantastic, but beyond that each of the ensuite bedrooms are modern and spacious. Outside the garden and swimming pool are the perfect size. The two of us went with another couple and even though there are 3 bedrooms, it was still very good value. I would highly recommend this villa as a place to stay. The location is great for seeing lots of the island and its only 15 minutes from the beach, plus Selva is beautiful! Its easy to get to and the owners were really friendly to us. We'll definitely be returning to this villa! p.s. forgot to say that this villa went through a massive refurbishment last year and so is brand new!

Spring in Selva

After considering various destinations with our family we finally decided on Selva as the perfect place to take the kids and have a well earned Easter holiday. We came across this villa and after speaking to Wieteke knew this was the place for us. We were not disappointed! The villa has been spec’d out to the highest level but not so much that we didn't feel we could let the kids relax and enjoy themselves. The photos do not do the place justice, it felt even bigger when we got there! The layout was perfect for us and was impeccable, everything from the way it has been decorated, cleaned and left for us to stay in was perfect. Most days were spent lounging around the garden and pool, enjoying the amazing local scenery and taking short trips into Inca or Palma, which I must add is no more than 20 minutes away by car! We ate a couple of times at Es Parc restaurant at the top of the village which was superb! We all thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would recommend the villa to anyone looking for a relaxed, beautiful and very well presented villa in Mallorca. I know we will be going back! Santi
