Tastefully restored old house in Seigneulles, between Verdun and Bar-le-Duc, offering a warm atmosphere in this spacious and comfortable character cottage, perfect for a peaceful and enjoyable holiday in a charming village of 200 inhabitants near the Voie Sacrée (Sacred Way). This well-equipped semi-detached house offers 127m² of living space.
The surprise is inside, and the originality is undeniable.
To access the cottage, you must first pass through the barn into which it has been incorporated. On the ground floor: entrance hall, separate WC, large bathroom with walk-in shower.
Downstairs (via four steps): a large kitchen (dishwasher, oven, microwave) with access to the terrace and garden, a living room with a traditional Lorraine fireplace, and a bedroom (two 90x200cm beds).
Upstairs: two bedrooms (two 90x200cm beds + one cot), a shower room, and a separate WC.
A barn entrance (utility room, bicycle and 1-car garage...)
Furnished terrace overlooking the rear of the house and the south-facing garden.
Utilities not included.
Included in the price: bed linens and towels. Beds made upon arrival. Firewood price based on usage.
Garage available for motorcycles and cars.
