There needs to be grab bars outside or inside the shower. Your liquid shampoo is great but it makes the shower floor very slippery

Luxurious oversize mattresses paired with not over sized sheets that did not tuck in underneath. I toss and turn and loose bottom sheet came off, so sleeping on bare mattress. Gross. IDK why they have to charge your card $75 deposit and then return it, absurd. There is a lot good about this place, but they need to pay attention to details. Longish walk to restaurants.

Over price room rate for an old hotel. Pillows and towels needs to be upgraded. It was so flat. There was something we felt crawling on the skin when sleeping. Tried to call front desk using room phone, was not working properly. Have to asked for toilet paper and napkin. Room attendant did not put extra supplies. Smells chlorox when we came in the first day. Which is good, which means it was sanitized. I guess the AC was off that’s why the smell did not dissipate. Front desk and dining staff were nice and helpful.

Room had a dated dingy look. On arrival had problems with door opening and no towels. phone charging jack on bedside lamp was visibably broken. the lack of general maintenance (ie. marks on the walls, chips in wall corners) gave you the impression of lack of cleaniness, even though we found the rooms to be clean. The staff was really great.

I very much appreciate the staff as it had some mishaps with Expedia, as they claimed. They accommodated us very well. The only problem was the door didn't always work with the cards and had to keep reactivating them and that the pull out sofa was broken. We didn't want to mention anything thinking that we would be blamed for it.
