Nice stay for the price, but you are getting what you pay for. The area felt safe and it was fun visiting the pancake house next door. On our first night we stayed on the ground level. The highway sound and stomping from above all night was so loud that we barely slept. We asked to move upstairs on the second night and it was much better. I highly recommended you request a top floor room when arriving. Breakfast was okay. They close promptly so don’t be late! Staff was nice and helpful. The hotel was clean but very old and dated. Overall, we were happy to have a safe place to stay on a budget.

When I arrived to check in, I was informed that the elevator was down and I was originally booked on the 3rd floor. The nice, young woman working the desk asked if I felt comfortable using the stairs and before I could say no, she did an excellent job reading my expression and moved me to a ground floor room. She also made sure I was aware that the hot tub was still open and the breakfast hours. After working a 16 hour day, her chipper helpful demeanor was just the little bit of TLC I needed. The room was a nice size and while the decor may be a little dated, I slept well, the parking and breakfast is free, and there was plenty of outlets to charge my gear. Most affordable place to stay when going to events at Marymoor or Remlinger in the Redmond area.

The staff is very nice and accommodating. Room was clean. The motel can use some updates to the rooms and bathrooms. The road noise was bad - Redmond has a lot of traffic and rectic/racing drivers.

First of all let me commend the entire front desk staff with a shout out to Mary. She had a big smile the moment we walked in and was incredibly efficient and friendly. You don’t find this kind of customer service a lot any more. The rest of the ladies were also great. Overall, the hotel is very clean. There were a few issues getting our room cleaned every other day as they posted on a notice in our room. Once I requested it be cleaned they did it right away and did a good job, They did say they were short staffed but I think if they can only manage a once every 3 day service they should tell you up front and on the off days should at least empty your garbage and supply towels. The hotel is a bit shabby chic and bathrooms need upgrading but the mattresses and pillows were good so that made up for a lot.its very convenient to literally everywhere. For the price, location and all around cleanliness and comfort Id recommend it if you’re looking for a budget friendly option.

Broken Elevator – My wife was stuck in an elevator for over 20 minutes. She used the emergency call button for help, but no one responded. Assistance was only provided after I personally went to the front desk and asked for it. Cleanliness Issues – Throughout our stay, there were beer cans left in the stairwells and hallways. It looked like someone had intentionally placed them there. The real concern is that the cleaning crew never noticed or removed them—they remained there for all three days of our visit.

Good location

Comfortable bed, clean rooms, breakfast was limited with mediocre coffee. We were on the 3rd floor and the elevator was out of service from Friday evening until we left on Sunday… fortunately it broke after we got settled into our room.
