Great get-away for a couple

This unit is a perfect spot for a couple or small family get-away. Unit was spotless and everything was at hand including full kitchen, full bath, televisions, washer/dryer. Given where you are on property, you will need a car, bike or cart to get to beaches, Lake House pool, and all other amenities. Cannot walk along golf paths to get to beaches during daytime play (6:30a-8p). Rental company very helpful during stay.

Wonderful place

We had a great time on Seabrook island. The townhome was clean and ideal for our family. We have two small children and the pullout couch worked perfectly for them. I would recommend reserving bikes ahead of time to get around the island. We didn’t do that and wish we would have. Cute spot!

Wonderful Getaway!

Property is very clean and newly updated. Lovely soothing decor Kitchen well stocked with plates, utensils, and cookware which are all nicely labeled! Great location! Quick drive to beach access, pool and golf course while tucked off busy streets! Highly recommend for 4 guests or less.

Odd

The air conditioner could not adequately cool the second floor and a dehumidifier in the bedroom roared all night long. The plugs in the bedroom were inadequate in number for things like CPAP machines and some of the plugs had old-fashioned multiple plug extensions plugged into them. Maybe those are actually safe but we didn’t feel safe with them. The odd part was the kitchen. Bear in mind that this is a one bedroom condo for two people. We went to buy groceries for the week and when we returned, we discovered that there was not a single cabinet available to place them into. Masses of odd, mismatched dishes filled the cabinets. It was so bizarre that we actually counted the plates, bowls, and saucers . I can’t recall the actual count but I believe there were more than 40 plates, 40 bowls, and 40 saucers. There were tons of glasses, too. For what? It is a one bedroom condo. We weren’t feeding 40 people. All we wanted to do was store our groceries and avoid clutter. But we couldn’t do that for the many redundant, useless and mismatched dishes. Could I be criticized for making a mountain out of a molehill here? I suppose. But on the other hand, we weren’t wanting anything exorbitant – just a neat, organized, and more than anything, functional, kitchen. You don’t get that here.

great condo on the golf course

This was a great find, right on the golf course. I was sipping my morning coffee while watching golfers come through. The place was the perfect size for my boyfriend and me, very spacious, and had everything we needed! The hosts were very attentive and extremely accommodating. The area is absolutely stunning, I cannot even describe how beautiful it was. The public beach access was a 4 min drive, which was beautiful.

Very old & dirty property

This was pretty disappointing. The property is very old, the floors were warped and it smelled like mildew throughout. The back patio also wasn’t clean, there were spider webs/nests all over. Woke up to cockroaches in the bathroom upstairs. The bed linens were clearly not changed; they were wrinkled and had someone elses’s hair on them. Needless to say we won’t be back.

Beach vacation

My husband and I came with our 7 month old baby and small dog. The condo was spacious, had everything we needed and was handy to have a full kitchen and laundry available with a little one around. The location on the golf course was peaceful and pretty and, and the condo was only a short drive away to the beach club and multiple beach accesses. We appreciated having a small amount of supplies ( coffee, creamer, soaps, paper towels, etc) to get us started after checkin. Everything was set up to make our checkin/out easy...We would highly recommend!

Perfect for the weekend!

We really loved our stay on Seabrook Island and we were so close to the PGA tournament which was perfect bc that’s why we were there for the weekend! The townhome was really clean, cozy, and peaceful and we had a great view of the golf course. We would stay again for sure!
