2256 Rolling Dunes is our only pet friendly home in Seabrook Island’s North Beach neighborhood, just a short walk to the beach and a scenic bike ride to the outstanding recreational facilities at the Seabrook Island Club, included in your stay. Offering a screened porch, deck and BBQ grill for outdoor living, luxurious interiors and four spacious bedrooms, this is a popular choice for families vacationing on Seabrook Island.
The living area is bright and colorful, with a vaulted ceiling and access to a deck. The flat screen TV features a soundbar and subwoofer to stream music from your iPod. The kitchen has updated cabinetry and black granite counter tops with a dining table and dinette for 4 in the kitchen for sharing Lowcountry favorites. The pass through from the kitchen to the dining area is so convenient for serving and clean up for larger groups. There is a full size washer/dryer on the lower level for guest convenience.
This Seabrook Island beach home comfortably sleeps 8 guests in 4 bedrooms. Bedroom 1 is a large suite on the upper living level featuring a king size bed, flat screen TV and full private bath with double vanities. Bedroom 2 is located on the lower level with a king size bed and full private bath, bedroom 3 has a queen bed and bedroom 4 has two twin beds with a screened porch. Bedrooms 3 and 4 share a full bathroom. There is an additional TV downstairs and ceiling fans in several bedrooms.
Enjoy limited ocean views here from the upper deck, covered parking and great storage for your beach gear. This popular, pet-friendly Seabrook Island house rental is a short walk to the beach and in close proximity to the Seabrook Island Club and amenities. Wherever you stay on the island you have easy access to 3.5 miles of pristine beaches and scenic bike paths through tranquil marshes, lush maritime forests and rolling fairways. Family-friendly outdoor activities include crabbing, inshore and offshore fishing charters from Bohicket Marina, kayaking or paddle boarding the waterways and trendy shopping and dining at Freshfields Village.

Pool Access: Two oceanfront, community pools at the Seabrook Island Beach Club. Indoor* and outdoor pools at the SIPOA Lake House. *Amenity card required to access the Lake House and additional fees apply for usage of the indoor pool. Daily, weekly, and monthly passes are available.

Pet Policy: TWO (2) dogs are permitted at this property. Please indicate one or two dogs, size, and breed at the time of booking. This is one of the few properties we have where two dogs are permitted. An additional pet fee of $250 applies per pet per week.

Check-in instructions will be sent via email at least 10 days prior to check-in once the Rental Agreement is signed. If your stay is within 9 days, or lesser, from the time of booking, the instructions will be sent via email as soon as the Rental Agreement is signed.
