Perfect Stay

This villa was beautiful, clean and modern. The kitchen was well stocked and the layout optimized views of the beach. The balcony was perfect for enjoying dinner and watching the sunset. The bedroom was very comfortable. This was a very special vacation, and I’m grateful for such a lovely stay.

Condo is nicely remodeled and clean , great views from the deck, fairly comfortable stay. Furniture on the deck where we spent a lot of our time was uncomfortable to sit for any duration, the hightop bar type table and chairs could use an upgrade!

Beautiful Place

Lovely modern condo. Needs 2 chairs on deck to enjoy the view. High top table chairs weren't comfortable. Everything else was great! Would stay again.

Immaculate condo in a beautiful community

Fell in love with Seabrook! The community was quiet, safe and just so pretty. The Beach Club pool and restaurants were great, we wish we had more days just to lounge by the water. The condo had an amazing view, easy access to walk on the beach and the most comfortable bed. So much to do nearby at The Freshfields Village, shopping and restaurants and grocery all in one place. I would highly recommend this rental, you wont be disappointed!

Great Stay

1338 Pelican Watch exceeded our expectations. The views were spectacular, the unit was exceptionally clean and all of the appliances, furniture and fixtures were first class. Only minor recommendations would be adding a WiFi extender and repairing the pantry light. Streaming failed several times due to a weak signal and the pantry was poorly lit. Thanks for a great experience!

Overall stay was good.

Good. TV in bedroom was an issue. Dishwasher was difficult. Housekeeping should probably look behind the couch once in a while.

Beautiful condo

Beautiful condo. Our only comment is that the furniture on the outdoor deck is not user friendly. The high chairs are not comfortable. A lower table and some comfortable chairs would be a welcome addition. Aldo an umbrella.

Exactly as described

The property was spotlessly clean and exactly as described. The bed was good -- as was the AC and wifi. It was also quiet. Nice location with a small beach right there -- and then just a walk or short bike ride to the pool. Our only qualification was the outdoor deck furniture. No one needs a six person dining table -- with no umbrella -- for a 1 BR unit. They should really have two lounge chairs and an umbrella to maximize the use/value of the deck space.

A Relaxing and Luxurious Seabrook Getaway

I can't say enough great things about this condo! Nancy and her team were so communicative and helpful answering any questions we had prior to the trip (though we didn't have many because they were so detailed and thorough in their messages). The condo itself is absolutely stunning, very clean, and fully stocked with everything we needed. The view was also absolutely incredible. The couch and bed were extremely comfortable and the location was nice and quiet, but very convenient to all of Seabrook's amenities. The boardwalk to the beach is pretty much right outside the door and it's a short walk (or even shorter bike) ride to the pool area & club house. The condo also came with a complimentary activities package, which was so easy to utilize. We got a free bike rental and a paddle board rental. They have so many other activities that we didn't have time to try, but sounded like so much fun. Overall, I couldn't recommend this condo more if you're looking to enjoy everything Seabrook has to offer!
