Liked: Cleanliness, amenities, property conditions & facilities
The property rules/guidelines insist on a strict check out without option to request a later check out when nobody else will be using the property afterwards. Also insist you put out the bins, remove the bedding and leave everything clean else you may be charged. The linen is provided but if it is left too dirty you may be charged.( quite what that means and who’s the judge of that is not explicitly stated). Clean after ourselves and leave things tidy is something we would do but the tone in the property handbook feels wrong.
