Welcome to your newly furnished lake home, a perfect retreat for play, work, and relaxation. Wake up to serene sunrises over a misty lake from your private deck and enjoy a perfect home base just a short drive from Tybee Island Beach and historic downtown Savannah.

The Space

This waterfront home is located in a quiet, established Wilmington Island neighborhood on a peaceful cul-de-sac. The open-concept floor plan creates a bright and inviting space, connecting the living room, dining area, and kitchen—perfect for spending time together.

The cozy living room features a fireplace, plenty of seating, a big-screen Samsung Smart TV with a Xfinity subscription (90+ channels), and a 12-in-1 arcade game for endless fun. The dining table seats six, with additional bar seating for three. A sliding glass door opens directly onto the patio, complete with outdoor seating and a grill for cookouts by the lake.

Our home comfortably accommodates your group with four clean, carpeted bedrooms:

Primary Bedroom: A new premium adjustable king-size mattress, a quiet work desk with high-speed Wi-Fi, a walk-in closet, and a Smart TV. The en-suite bathroom features a luxurious two-person jacuzzi tub and a separate shower.

Second Bedroom: A comfortable queen mattress and a Smart HD Roku TV.

Third Bedroom: A full mattress and a Smart HD Roku TV.

Fourth Bedroom: A daybed with a full and a twin mattress, sleeping up to three guests.

An additional full bathroom is located in the hall, and a twin self-inflating air mattress is available for extra flexibility. Ceiling fans in every room ensure you stay cool and comfortable.

You will have access to the entire home, including a private 1-car garage and a laundry room with a washer, dryer, and detergent. For your enjoyment, we also provide:

Getting Around

Tybee Island Beach: A scenic 20-minute drive to the beach, pier, snack bars, and restrooms.

Historic Downtown Savannah: A 17-minute drive to discover the city's famous restaurants, bars, shops, and cobblestone streets along the Savannah River.

Pets

We are happy to welcome your furry friends with prior approval. Please review our pet policy:

All pets must be approved by the owner before booking.

Pet fees are not included in the initial reservation and will be added separately.

Dogs must be under 30 pounds. No puppies, please.

Fees for one small dog: $20 per night ($50 minimum), $125 per week, or $250 for two weeks or longer.

A second pet may be allowed with a separate fee determined by the owner.

Our yard is not fenced. All dogs must be on a leash when outside.

Dogs must be crated inside the home if left unattended.

Please be diligent about cleaning up after your dog.

Important Information

Security: For your safety and ours, security cameras are in place monitoring the front of the home, the back view of the dock/lake/deck, and the interior of the garage.

Long-Term Stays: For reservations of 21 days or longer, bi-weekly cleanings (once every two weeks) are required for a fee of $60 per cleaning. We can coordinate a convenient time for this service.

EV Charging: You are welcome to charge your electric vehicle in the garage. Please bring your own 110v adapter.

This place was so perfect for our stay. It was one of the cleanest which is one of the most important things in my mind and well stocked. it had great beds and great pots and good quality pots and pans. tons of space with extras like dressers that fit everything. I was so happy with the place I plan to book it again. We loved the lake it was too cold to use but we plan to when we come back. The area has so many neat things to do we love history and this place had so many places that were rich with history I feel we could come another week adn do all different things.

Large house with a great view

We needed to rent a large house for a family event. This house is very large with many bedrooms and could easily accommodate more than the 6 adults we had there. The property sits on a small lake and the view from the back deck is gorgeous. Nicely furnished and outfitted.

The house is in a very quiet neighborhood. The lake was nice and the family fished and caught fish which we returned to the lake. The house was clean and comfortable. We had 7 in our group and we felt there was plenty of room for all to spread out. We chose this house because it is about half way to the beach and downtown Savannah. We would book this rental again.

Excellent Location and Beautiful Property!

We had a lovely stay at The Robin House to celebrate our anniversary. It was our first time visiting Savannah together, and we were also traveling with our sweet pup. We always look for pet friendly homes in a safe, walkable neighborhood that offer easy access to the places that we want to visit. The Wilmington Island location was absolutely perfect. We were basically smack in between downtown Savannah and Tybee Island. It averaged between 15-20 minutes to get into town and back. The house was clean, beautifully decorated, and mostly very peaceful (aside from the neighbor calling for her cat every morning). We enjoyed our mornings having breakfast on the deck and watching the wildlife out in the lake. The house was big enough for a whole family, even though it was just the two of us. It immediately made me want to book another stay and have some other members of our family to join us next time! We will be back for sure!

Owner Cares more about profit then customer satisfaction

Worse customer service experience I have had in my lifetime. Reported cleanliness issues within days of our month-long rental. Took pictures for the owner to see. Owner blew off the report as residual dust and didn't want to see pictures. The report outlined the issues which were clearly from construction and painting. All dishes, cups, plates, pan and pots were covered. The coffee machine's inner guts were covered. As the rental proceeded, we found construction dust in almost every room. At the end of the rental, we communicated our dissatisfaction and again we were blown off. Finally after communicating with CustomerCare they asked for the pictures, . While it is rather unfortunate that you had to enter the home in that condition and we are very sorry for the inconvenience, we cannot offer a refund for any nights of your stay. We can only refund the cleaning fee. If we had a chance to rectify the situation (within the first 48 hours), we would have had our housekeeper over there immediately to attend to cleaning any dust that was discovered. Instead you took the initiative to clean it yourself and ask for a refund the day of checkout. Again this is not our normal cleaning practice as construction upgrades don't happen often. I would think twice before renting from them....

Thank you so much to Jenn and Chris for sharing your home and letting us rent your Robin house (GA). Additional thank you for having instant book, with quick response time check in with excellent communication and a problem free trip. We rented the home for a graduation in the area and stayed two nights. This home was very budget friendly and had plenty of amenities (versus other homes or a hotel). This clean, cooled, welcoming, well decorated, home was located in a quiet neighborhood with an exceptional view of the lake with very friendly people and the weather was very nice for our stay. The area is draped in gorgeous Spanish moss. I enjoyed drinking a cup of coffee on the dock with the exceptional Lakeview at sunrise with the Wildlife.We left early to go to the graduation, which went well and did several area attractions over the next couple days. Kroger grocery was within minutes of the home. The homes kitchen was stocked with extras and had a great selection of small appliances. Also wanted to note that check out was easy and hassle free (also they had trash/recycle delivery so you did not have to haul it off yourself). overall was a great stay and would highly recommend. My only complaint is that I wish we could have stayed longer and maybe the weather could have been cooler. Thanks again for sharing your home.

A perfect place

We loved our stay at The Robin House this past week. Everything was perfect, and we loved the decor and the house was very clean. We especially enjoyed having breakfast on the lovely deck facing the lake and relaxing time there in the evening. The location was close to downtown Savannah and also to Tybee Island. We would love to have the opportunity to stay there again some time in the future.

Great Time!

We enjoyed hanging on the porch watching the turtles & birds daily. House was clean (and I’m picky). Downtown Savannah & Tybee Beach were only 15 minutes away so this location was perfect. Also enjoyed walking the neighborhood & soaking in the whirlpool tub. Owners were quick to respond to any questions .Highly recommend! Thank you so much for letting us enjoy your house.

Lovely stay at a beautiful home

My family of five (myself, husband, and 3 kids) visited the Savannah area for the first time over February break, and had a truly wonderful time. Our hosts were responsive both to questions and requests, the house was so comfortable and clean, the backyard with lake and kayak were gorgeous (the fog rising with the morning sunrise was an absolute sight), the beds were comfortable, and the kitchen had everything we needed. The house is on a quiet street, but very close to both Kroger's and Publix; I also found a nearby bike trail to go running on that was set back from the street and just very peaceful. We can't wait to plan our next visit, and would love to stay here again. For activities we enjoyed the Oatland Wildlife Center, fishing (both on site and a nearby charter for myself and son), Tybee Island and the Marine Science center there (plus the Crab Shack!), a Savannah Bananas game, River Street, the Synagogue and Cathedral, dinner downtown, a date night dinner and ghost tour, and more. Great grill, very pleasant back deck, plenty of space, and a wonderful time had by all!
