This place was absolutely disgusting, and a health hazard. Immediately upon arrival, we discovered the toilet did not work at all. The area behind the toilet was disgusting, there were cords hanging out everywhere and metal furniture rusting and peeling in places that could easily cut you when you walk by. My two year old was absolutely disgusting after 10 minutes of being in this room. His feet were black with grime, his legs were turning brown, our shoes and clothes got covered in grime. There was dried pee, broken handles with screws hanging out, nasty spots on the blankets. It was horrible. The parking was terrible.
We were not the only customers who got there and immediately checked out for a refund. We drove 5 hours to get there, and because they took so long to resolve the situation there were no other rooms available anywhere and we had to drive back home the same night.
Thankfully, the lady working the front desk was extremely accommodating and helpful. She was the only positive in our experience.
Do yourself a favor, and don’t stay here. It was nasty. I have no idea why they have 7.2 stars on Travelocity, especially when I looked past the first few reviews they were all as bad, or worse than mine.
