Gorgeous, expansive parlor (2nd/main floor of house) apartment in a prime location on Jones Street. Newly renovated kitchen has custom granite counters, dishwasher, gas stove and refrigerator with ice maker. King bedroom. Pullout sofa in living room. Combination tub/shower in bathroom which is accessible off of the hallway. Optional $15 flat fee for use of one Private Off Street Parking Space Behind the Home or you can park for free on the public street which has no meters in the 2 block radius.

What to expect when booking: We are an "integrated partner" with VRBO/Expedia/HomeAway. Your credit card will show the rent/tax/cleaning portion of your charges under our company name because Integrated Partners are required to be the Merchant Of Record per VRBO terms of service. Only your "service fee" charged by VRBO will show on your credit card statement as a charge from that company and rest shows separately as a charge from our local Savannah GA company. Please be sure anyone who oversees your credit card statement is aware of this to avoid any confusion. If you book on VRBO you will have already agreed to our basic rules and terms (no smoking, no pets, capacity limit, check in/out times, refund policy etc) on the VRBO checkout page. Location, Location, Location

My husband and I chose to spend our anniversary in Savannah this year. This apartment was recommended to us by a friend who has spent multiple visits there. We couldn’t have been any happier with this choice. We loved the porch and enjoyed the quiet of the neighborhood!Clary’s for breakfast down the street, Bulls Street with so many amenities within walking distance. The apartment had everything we needed. The bed was super comfy!! We would stay there again without hesitation!!!

Excellent spot on one of the most beautiful streets in Savannah

The property is just as listed. Very, very clean and neat. The bed is extremely comfortable. The location could not be more ideal for visiting Savannah - a few blocks from Forscyth Park; a few blocks the other direction to the river front, and Jones street is absolutely beautiful in its own right. The city ordinances mandate quiet neighborhoods after 9:00pm, so even in the heart of the city, it is tranquil at night. We will most definitely stay there again.

Spring Break get away...

My wife and I thoroughly enjoy this property. Jones Street is likely the prettiest street in Savannah. We walked to all the major attractions and left our car safely parked out back. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

Incredibly comfortable house on the prettiest street!

This property was absolutely perfect. Better lighting than a lot of the places we’ve stayed in Savannah. It had a beautiful entryway, a large kitchen with a lot of natural light and a very comfortable bedroom.

We enjoyed our stay in Savannah and VRBO on E. Jones. We had everything we needed for a comfy stay. There was one small problem. We have a family on the upper floor and they sounded like a herd of cattle. After a certain point we had to laugh!

Property location is central. Parking onsite is a welcomed perk. The house has 3 apartments, all are accessible from parking in alley. Easy instructions for lock box. Updated place in historic area

We loved our stay here! We wanted to stay somewhere historic without it feeling too old. This was the perfect combination of both. The street the house is located on is gorgeous and one of the streets most travel influencers say to make sure to see. The house was very clean and in walking distance to Everything. The stairways in the front and back to get in are VERY steep. So if you struggle with stairs, this would not be the place for you. Two of us stayed with plenty of space. If booking for four, the living room has a pull out couch and hidden pocket doors for privacy which is a nice feature we haven’t always seen in vacation rentals. Overall great stay and would recommend.

Great location in historic district, very clean and inviting home, perfect place to say goodbye to our SCAD bee, nice cafe a couple blocks away, and a historic local pub too, and lots more a bit further. Kroger close also, if you need anything there. We used both parking locations (street and spot out back), and both were equally convenient. Had zero issues upon entry, everything seamless. Bed was quite comfortable. Very enjoyable stay!
