Short Getaway

The property is quiet, a good location and has great beach access. Everything that was needed was there and property manager was great to work with. Looking forward to staying again in the future.

This was nice quiet stay. The room was really clean. Even though my room was promoted as an ocean view, that’s a bit of an stretch since ocean was visible at the far far right. However, we did enjoy our stay.

Key fob

Everything would have been 5 stars, but we had issues with the key fob the first few days. The staff was great and helped us get a new one though. Location and unit itself were just what we needed!

Relaxed and convenient

Did we enjoy Tybee Island, absolutely!! Would we return to this unit, no we wouldn’t. It is much smaller than appears in photos on VRBO. We arrived to find exceptionally clean floors and bedroom BUT we had to wash stuck on food off many of the dishes, clean stuck on food off kitchen chair and both blankets folded in the closet were dirty. After communication with staff, they offered to reclean unit but we had already taken care of it the night before when we arrived. Also as a note, the pics of the view from the deck were inaccurate. They show a view of the pool and beach and our view was of the parking lot…very disappointing. One could assume if the list says you have dishwasher tabs provided that you would have a dishwasher…there is no dishwasher. We would stay with Southern Belle again but definitely not this unit.

Anniversary trip

Nice, quiet, cozy. A little challenging with elevator at end of building. Couple below us liked to smoke marijuana......although there was not supposed to be smoking on the property.

As far a I can remember it did not mention that there was an elevator. That would have made moving in much easier than luggage luggage up three floors.

Comfortable stay, good location

The apartment is small but perfectly comfortable for 2 or 3 people. The furnishings look new and the kitchen is stocked with dishes, cookware and appliances. It was spotlessly clean when we arrived, and the buildings and grounds are well-maintained. Easy walk to quiet North Beach and several restaurants and shops, and a short drive to busier south Tybee and Savannah. This unit is on the third floor; there is an elevator at the end of the hallway. A nice property!

Great location with not so great qualities

Pros: location / amenities. Cons: terrible smoke smell, beds average, dirty walls. Overall location, look and feel of this property is great… however the smoke smell that smacks you in the face at every entry of the room is less than tasteful. I blame myself for not reading the other reviews closely enough that said the same thing, however I think if they would have down graded the stars from 4 to 3 it would have been more obvious that it was such a problem for so many other groups.. When messaging the property managers they said they were not aware of this that it must be a neighboring unit, but after going back and reading the multiple reviews that had been left previous to our stay, they had to have been aware. As a whole the property appeared clean with fresh linens, but the walls looked to have never been wiped down. There were dirty marks all over them. 3 out of 5 stars for us from those aspects unfortunately. Otherwise if they fix these issues it would be a great property I could proudly recommended!

Nice condo, but be prepared for cigarette smell

This condo is in such a good location. Walking distance to Huc-A-Poos and the pool was great. The condo itself was so clean, but be prepared for a cigarette/ashtray smell. I’m not sure if it’s this unit or if the smell was coming in through the HVAC, but it was overwhelming. Throughout the week, it got better but we had to air out and wash absolutely everything when we got home. Clean clothes and towels included. Originally our daughter was supposed to come with us, but a change of plans had her with grandparents for the week. Had she been with us, we wouldn’t have stayed in the condo the smell was so strong.

Terrific Tybee

Well, weather was great albeit hot!! Good location to Savannah , airport etc. beach. Pool were easy private access and nicely maintained! Directions and rules were posted and manageable. Made it easy to Have fun and affordable too! South never looked so good

This was a cute little place that was perfect for what we needed. My 7 year loved the hide away bed like it was her secret fort. Only thing it needed was a pizza cutter 😀

Great property. Evetything as advertised. Small problem was marijuana smoke filtering from another unit, probably below us. Room was equilled with air puifier, so took away most of smell, but still lingered that night.

Cute condo on the beach

This condo is exactly as advertised. It was very clean and well stocked. The property overall was very quiet and felt super private. The beach is an easy walk down the boardwalk. It is small with no waves, but was almost empty throughout our whole stay. We loved the keyless entry into the condo, and the parking pass required to enter the property. We had a great stay and would definitely come back!

Satisfied Stay!

We stayed 7 nights (2 adults and 1 toddler) and the room was spacious and clean. We did have a strong cigarette smoke smell upon arrival and left the balcony window open for the first day we were there to help clear out the smell. The room was prepped with towels, plates, bowls, cups, and even had a beach chair, pool noddles, body boards, and sand toys in the closet. We didn’t have oven mittens or microwave safe bowls so we do recommend bringing those from home. The property checked in with us via text a few hours after arriving which was nice and the pool and beach are right beside the condo which was great especially with having a little one.

We enjoyed our stay on Tybee Island. There is easy access to the beach and local restaurants. The accommodations were clean and all utensils needed were available in the kitchen.
