▶ This condo is privately owned and does not include maid service or daily cleanings. The cleaning fee covers a final cleaning (after your checkout).
▶ Unregistered guests are not permitted.
▶ Pets are not allowed.
▶ No parties. Significant noise or playing loud music after 9:00 pm will result in you being asked to leave without a refund for the remaining time of your reservation.
▶ No smoking of any substance is permitted in the unit. Evidence of any type of smoking will result in a $250 fee, and you will be asked to leave without a refund for the remaining time of your reservation.
▶ Check-in is at/after 4 pm and check-out time is no later than 11 am. Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability. Late check-out without prior approval will result in a fee of $100 per hour for each hour after 11 am.
▶ During check-in, you will find towels, linens, shampoo, conditioner, soap, and toilet paper provided for your convenience. Please note that we do not provide additional supplies during your stay, so we recommend planning accordingly.
▶ Please note that moving the furniture in the condo is not permitted. Violation of this rule can result in a penalty in the amount of $250.
▶ TRASH: The trash room is located on the ground floor. Please ensure that all trash bags are sealed before disposal.
▶ Do not flush paper towels, wipes, trash, or feminine products down the toilet. Please use the bins instead. If it is found that something has been flushed and clogged the septic system, you could be charged damages.

There were outlets damaged outside on the couch as well as electrical lines along one of the walks in middle bedroom that the small kids could have gotten a hold of. very loud and little bit of burning smell coming from AC unit.

Loved the property
We had a great stay at this property last week! The unit was spotless and very nicely decorated and relaxing! The unit came with bad linens, towels for the bathroom and even beach towels were there as well as boogie boards. The beach was easily accessible and very nice. We enjoyed the game room that had ping-pong and fooseball. There were some great restaurants in the area, including the Thai restaurant across the street, the pizza restaurant down the street, and the great empanada restaurant down the street. There is a lot of great things to do in the area or nearby, we even got to see a space launch in a nearby beach. There was some construction going on and no pool, but that really didn’t concern us as everything else was really great! The owner was very helpful in answering all of the questions we had. The only suggestion we have would be to add a couple extra chairs to the deck. Would definitely recommend staying here!

The property fit our group fantastic. The beach is right out the back door, and the condo provides you with beach chairs, towels, boogie boards, and a beach umbrella which was perfect! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

Family spring break Beach trip
This was a very spacious and clean 3 bedroom 3 bathroom condo. Everyone had there own area for sure. Lots of closet space and nice vanities in 2 of the 3 bedrooms. No TV's in the bedroom except master bedroom. Not really in walking distance to anything but a short drive got us to all the places we wanted to go. Not many reviews had me worried and after reading one review and telling about the area I was very concerned after I had booked. Now that being said we never felt unsafe and all the tenets that went in and out were very nice. Building is locked and one key used to get in and out which can be fun coordinating when others splitting up. It is a older building in renovation and no pool. The room could use some more updates also. The are conditioner is loud and there was a beep we could not figure out in kitchen. Also no washer and dryer and one washer on the floor that takes 2 to wash and 2 to dry. Overall a good deal for the space we had and we enjoyed our trip and the beach.

Deplorable
First - The property was listed as BEACHFRONT with ocean view. A LIE! The view was of a strip mall with a raucous bar, gas station, and an actual STRIP club on a VERY busy multilane major roadway. The noise from the bar and it's patrons went in the early morning hours and the traffic was unyielding.Second - The listing said it included laundry, true ONLY if inclusion means a shared coin-op laundry!Third - The refrigerator, dishwasher, and the AC unit were in dire need of repair or replacement. The refrigerator ran constantly and very LOUDLY... invading our sleep and ruining food due to freezing. The dishwasher would never start. The AC unit was extremely LOUD... again invading our sleep. Third - we had plumbing issues in the main and master bathrooms where the water was not draining, and it was bubbling out of the drains and leaving a smell of flatulence and debris. We spoke with the cleaning personnel who confirmed that the management company had full knowledge about the AC, refrigerator, and plumbing issues and that they were ongoing.I recommend you look elsewhere if you are seeking pleasurable vacation spot with a reputable company. Stay away from any that this company manages.
