The Space:

Just steps across the street, the Atlantic Ocean is waiting - sugar-sand beaches stretching as far as you can see, the rhythm of the waves setting the pace for everything that follows. Sandpiper Suites Unit D puts you right in the heart of Satellite Beach's laid-back coastal community, where slow mornings, salty air, and easy beach access are simply part of the deal.



Living space

The unit has been newly renovated and furnished, with a welcoming layout that keeps things comfortable and functional. A patio and outdoor seating area give you a spot to settle in after a beach day, and the beautifully landscaped exteriors add to the relaxed atmosphere. Dedicated workspace and high-speed WiFi are on hand if you need to stay connected, and the smart lock makes arrival and departure easy on your schedule.



Sleeping arrangements

The studio fits a queen bed, and the living area includes a sleeper sofa - comfortably accommodating up to 4 guests. Bed linens, extra pillows and blankets are all provided, along with hangers and clothing storage to help you settle in properly.



Kitchen & dining

The fully-equipped kitchen has everything you need to cook your own meals - refrigerator, freezer, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, and a coffee maker to get the mornings started. Cooking basics, dishes, silverware, wine glasses, a toaster, and a baking sheet round out the setup. A dining table gives you a proper place to eat in.



Bathroom

The bathroom is stocked with the essentials - shampoo, body soap, hair dryer, and cleaning products, with hot water ready when you need it. Fresh towels and toilet paper are included.



Laundry

An in-unit washer and dryer mean you can pack lighter and stay longer. An iron is also available.



Beach & outdoors

Beach essentials are included - towels, an umbrella, a beach blanket, and snorkeling gear - so you can head straight across the street without hauling extra gear. Free parking on premises keeps things simple from the moment you arrive.



Location

Satellite Beach is a genuine coastal community with a low-key, local feel. Hightower Beach Park and Pelican Beach Park are both nearby, and a short drive opens up a range of local eateries, boutique shops, and the broader Space Coast - whether you're after wildlife, surfing, or something in between. Pets are welcome to join you.



Guest Access:

Each Sandpiper unit has an electronic keypad and separate entrance, and you will receive your code and instructions prior to check-in!

Nestled in the charming seaside community of Satellite Beach, this vacation rental is perfectly situated just steps away from the pristine Atlantic shoreline. Wake up to the soothing sound of waves and enjoy morning beach walks or afternoons basking in the sun. The area offers a laid-back coastal vibe with locally loved spots like Hightower Beach Park and Pelican Beach Park nearby. Whether you're here to surf, explore wildlife, or simply unwind by the ocean, this location has something for everyone!

Uber and Lyft are prevalent in the area!

To ensure a comfortable start to your stay, we provide an initial stock of the following essentials:

- Paper towels

- Toilet paper

- Tissues

- Coffee pods, creamer, and sugar

- Light cleaning supplies (please note: NO LAUNDRY SOAP PROVIDED)

- Garbage bags

- Sponges

- Dish soap

- Dishwasher tabs



If you need additional supplies during your stay, please plan to replenish them as needed.



PLEASE NOTE:

-Mailbox access is not available for guests

- While we love all furry friends, ONLY dogs are allowed at this property, with a fee of $100 per pet, per stay.

- All reservations require either a refundable security deposit or the purchase of a damage waiver.
