Staphel - Ferienhaus Hete - dog-friendly, near the Baltic Sea - FH Hete

The house Hete is located in the north-east of the island of Rügen in the small town of Staphel (between Sassnitz and Mukran) and only 800 meters from the Baltic Sea and beautiful Baltic Sea and bathing beach in a quiet location. The 1,500 square meter property is fenced and is located directly on the edge of the forest.   The house is about 65 square meters and for max. Suitable for 4 people. A complete renovation and partly new furnishing took place in 2014. The house has 3 rooms, a kitchen, a bathroom, a storage room as well as a furnished terrace and parking spaces. The use of the buildings on the property (e.g. Dandruff) is currently not possible.   Pets are welcome (please only max. 2 dogs and additional. Please note cleaning of pets at the rate of 20, - Euro).   The small town of Staphel is located between Sassnitz and the Baltic Sea resort of Binz in a quiet forest location. There are no shops or Restaurants. A bakery with a nice café and 2 restaurants is located in about 800 m in Mukran. Further shopping facilities (supermarket etc.), bank, doctor etc. can be found in the port city of Sassnitz, just 6 km away, or in the Baltic Sea resort of Binz, 11 km away.    

FH Hete:
The approx. 65 square meter and dog-friendly holiday home in bungalow style and at ground level offers space for max. 4 people.   Equipment: * Entrance area over a large 16 sqm furnished terrace,   * Adjacent room by entrance area.    From there you can access the living room with another sleeping option on a functional couch,   * Also adjacent to room 1 is the sep. Kitchen with various equipment.    Kitchenette with 4-burner stove, oven, coffee machine, kettle, toaster, microwave, dishwasher, various Dishes and a dining table,   * From the kitchen you can access a sep. Bedroom (additional Flat screen TV) with double bed, wardrobe.   The bathroom with adjoining storage room can also be reached from the kitchen,   * The bathroom is equipped with a shower, toilet and sink.   The entire house has a tiled floor.   There are parking spaces on the property.   The additional costs (especially water consumption) are included in the normal consumption. We reserve the right to charge extra for consumption!          

Arrival is from 4:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. and departure is from 7:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m.
