Wir haben uns wohlgefühlt. Ein Problem mit dem Fernseher wurde gut und schnell gelöst. Die Matratzen im Schlafzimmer sind nicht sehr Rückenfreundlich . Wo man den Schlüsselsafe finden kann könnte besser gekennzeichnet sein Schwer zu finden . Eine Informationsmappen in der FW wäre schön. Sonst war alles ok .

Tolle Lage, ruhiges Haus

Haus lag wunderbar ruhig und doch sehr zentral. Wohnung hatte alles was 2 Personen benötigen. Sauberkeit war eher oberflächlich. Ecken, Kanten, Fenster, Regale, Dusche und der Balkon könnten sauberer und gepflegter sein. Matratzen waren VIEL ZU WEICH. Zusendung der Kurkarten sowie Mail kurz vor Anreise mit Angaben zum Schlüsseltresor klappte gut. Allerdings wäre es hilfreich auch anzugeben, was mit dem Schlüssel bei Abreise zu geschehen hat. Kontaktaufnahme mit der Zimmervermittlung war nicht möglich.

Eine Woche Entspannung

Der Aufenthalt war sehr angenehm, die Qualität der Ferienwohnung sehr gut. Die Lage hervorragend, 5 Minuten zu Fuß zum Hafen und zur Altstadt. Parkplatz unmittelbar vor dem Haus. Einziges Manko, fehlerhafte Preisangabe im Buchungsportal. Die Agentur war jedoch gut erreichbar und hat nicht auf der Zahlung des Mehrpreises der durch die fehelrhafte Preisangabe entstanden ist bestanden. Das haben wir sehr positiv aufgenommen und somit einen Teil der Mehrkosten gezahlt.
