Uncomfortable worn out bed, slippery tiles outside the front door to the unit, poor soundproofing, no through ventilation in room, very unpleasant experience.

Emerald Resort & Casino
The room was perfect and clean. They had a bit of a problem with the door. Not locking. But sorted it out instantly. Very friendly staff. My husband & I had the wheelchair room. Was perfect. Thank you.

Indaba Hotel Sasolburg
The place is good just need taking care of the carpet and the bathroom bath clean but looks very dented, and urine smell near even, with urine neutralise could improve the freshness, odour. Staff very friendly and very helpful

Nice hotel, decent rooms and amenities. Poor customer service. Food was late, badly cooked, raw, coffee was disgusting, and breakfast, lunch and dinner orders were wrong every time
