Small terraced house, in the heart of the Saint-Jacques district in Sarzeau, in a charming residence with pedestrian walkways. On the ground floor, you will find a living room with equipped and furnished kitchen area which opens onto a paved terrace and a small enclosed garden - with a shelter where the garden furniture and the barbecue are stored. Separate WC.
The first floor consists of a bedroom with a double bed, a bedroom with two bunk beds and a bathroom.
At the entrance to the residence, a numbered parking space will allow you to park easily.

médiocrité pour 700 euros!!

Cette maisonnette est bien placée par rapport à la plage et à la supérette. Coin calme. Ce bien est plus que douteux en terme de propreté ( vaisselle collante, étagères sales, partout de la poussière, couvertures et alèses peu nettes, parasol ne tenant pas au socle, sable sur le canapé etc..) un grand relooking à prévoir. location trop petite pour 6.

Mais pas de place pour mettre ces courses, pas de place pour ranger ces affaires parce que c'est la réserve d'affaire pour une future brocante... Améliorer la literie ... bref peut mieux faire

Location pouvant accueillir 6 personnes, en réalité couverts, bols...pour 2 à 4 personnes. Couchages : clicclac avec matelas hors d'âge. Lattes cassées. Lits superposés matelas hors d'âge, lattes cassées. Store chambre lits superposés inutilisable. Éclairage : 1 point de lumière unique dans pièce de vie (2 spots) les autres points de lumière HS. Chambre parents 1 point de lumière unique (chevet) on entre dans la chambre à tâtons... Douche: réglage eau difficile.

Personne d’accueil très agréable et disponibles

Seul bémol les lattes des lits enfants étaient cassés et notre fille ado a du dormir dans le canapé lit, problème d’électricité qui a fait sauté quelques ampoules. Mais il y a tout ce qu’il faut pour un court séjour proximité de la plage hyper agréable
