No jets in the jet tub

Check In was quick and easy once I got to my room all looked great until I tried to use the jet tub the jets hardly even worked and it was so loud I actually gave me a headache instead of relaxing me I called the front desk and told him and he came up to look at it and proceeded to tell me how they are all like that that how they run as I told him I’ve been in multiple rooms with these tubs and no that’s absolutely not how they are supposed to run I asked for another room he told me no there not anymore rooms he would give me a discount I after he left I looked inside the front compartment of the tub and seen that the pump was not screwed down to anything and rattling around on aplastic peice making all the noise and the front suction side fittings had gotten hit and melted to the point that they weee loose so it wouldn’t pump any pressure to the jets I haven’t seen any discounts yet to my bill

The room smelled terrible when we arrived at 1am but we were too exhausted to investigate. Turns out there was black mold in the bathroom!! Behind the door all along the right side of the trim, near the light switch. The carpet in the room was also damp in areas. We told the staff and they said they would “make a note to check”. I don’t usually write reviews but I’m really upset my two year old was breathing that in all night and it’s not safe for anyone.

Room smell like strong mildew and the ac and shower made very loud noise. We were to tired to make our kids have to move into another room since we were only staying one night. Room wasn't necessary dirty it's just needs updating and they need to address the mildew smell my kids and husband woke up very stuffy. I would definitely not recommend or return.

The staff so friendly on checkin the photos of the hotel are misleading we thought our “ whirlpool suite” had a hot tub in the room which it wasn’t it was in the bathroom and didn’t work well the hotel is very dated and needs a remodel the smell of moistness was heavy in the room almost overwhelming it definitely needs new flooring and curtains couldn’t even use the whirlpool tub as jets didn’t work and was dirty a rose petal came out when we turned it on we wanted a room where the hot tub was bedside and based on pics it appeared to be by the couch but wasn’t the case hotel staff was friendly but breakfast was promptly shut down by 930 even though checkout wasn’t til 11 there isn’t any sleeping in and getting breakfast that’s for sure the area is sketchy at best with people are shirtless drinking in the parking lot and just a run down area I honestly expected better from best western but lesson learned for sure

One night stay - Jr. King w/ jetted tub

I used the jetted tub twice, the bed, gym and breakfast bar before checking out. This Best Western deserves the highest rating I can give. The carpet smelled freshly shampooed when I entered the lobby. My room was prepaid and the was no additional credit card hold. My room was easily accessible. The gym was open 24 hrs. It has all the necessary equipment for a good cardio and weight training. The breakfast station serves hot items, juice bar as well as cold items. Staff was friendly and accommodating. I came into town broken and left renewed.

Not a great stay. Overall the hotel had an old smell and wasn’t comfortable. Our shower drained extremely slow to the point of waiting over 30 minutes in between showers or standing in dirty water. The bed wasn’t comfortable and our “clean” towels had hair and stains. Would not stay here again!

Put in a room, tv was broken. Moved to another room. I booked a room with a hot tub. It was broken. They wanted to move me back to first room, but it wasn't noted that TV was broken. Since if booked through Expedia- third party- they would not lower the price. Screwed again. I will never book third party, and I will never stay at this hotel again. Terrible.
