The staff was extremely courteous, kind, and attentive. The room was spacious, well equipped, and the hotel amenities were wonderful, such as the hot springs, lounge, and coin laundry. A neat plus, is the Family Mart attached to the hotel, which was extremely convenient. The only issue you could say was the closest train station was approximately 15 minutes away. However, if you dont mind walking a little more, the hotel amenities definitely make up for it. In additon, major attractions were within walking distance such as the Sapporo Beer Museum was only 15 minute away and Odori Park/Sapporo TV Tower were 20 minutes.

The hotel itself was nice, but the staff at the desk didn't feel warm and inviting. I also found the trash and the undergarments of the previous guests under my bed—gross! The location was nice, and the buffet was good. The highlight of my stay was the cashier at the Family Mart below. That man never failed to make me smile with his bubbly personality!

Clean room, nice facilities. Lobby gets very crowded during check ins/check outs. Ground floor cafe never appeared to be open outside of breakfast. Family mart at ground floor and Lawsons very close by. Nice views from gym & wellness suite on top floor

Nice and new hotel but the hotel is over crowded and under staffed. There was always long line to wait to speak with the front desk any time during the day. One day we were out of toilet paper and were asked to go to front desk to retrieve as they were short staffed to bring it to the room. While the onsen facility is nice, there were always a lot of people and some being loud and rowdy and not respecting the general onsen guidelines which makes the onsen experience less enjoyable. There are only three wash machines and they were always occupied, day and night. Having the self laundry service was one of the key reasons we chose this hotel but we couldn’t use it for the three days we were there. If you got breakfast as part of your room, be prepared to wait in line, sometimes long line to get breakfast. The room is comfortable but we probably wouldn’t stay here again.

Everything from the hotel was great! Staff aided me in all requests including changing the shower curtain when I told them there was a smell coming from it. Hotel is super crowded and the only bad points were from the guests.

Although the room had bunk beds for 4, it was really difficult to manoeuvre around with the 4 of us. Tiny space and rather poorly lit. No closet. Although it is supposedly 7 mins walk from Sapporo station, lugging around luggage in ice seemed like a mile long journey. Otherwise modern facilities.
