This is definitely our favourite hotel in Sapporo. Excellent staff, excellent breakfast, excellent location. You just can’t get better. Rooms are extremely comfortable, with good bedding, and all required amenities. When the room heating gets too hot in winter, you can get staff to open the window slightly. This is extremely helpful. We’ve now stayed here twice, and will return again.

My family and I were very pleased with our stay. The room was spotless and the one issue that arose during our stay was addressed by an amazing staff almost immediately. This is a wedding focused hotel, so it's quaint and very well maintained. It was also very close to the Sapporo TV tower and Odori park, which made it a perfect base for getting around the city..

Overall, the hotel was OK. However, my arrival experience was severely undermined by the exceptionally unhelpful conduct of one staff member. Upon arriving approximately two hours early, I inquired about the possibility of a slightly earlier check-in. She dismissively stated it was impossible without checking availability and immediately quoted an additional charge. When I asked her for a nearby cafe to wait, she recommended a location that I later found had been permanently closed for four months. Most dismaying was the discovery of a guest lounge situated right next to the reception desk which she completely failed to mention, leaving me to wait elsewhere. As a frequent global traveler, this level of inattentive service and lack of guest consideration was genuinely astonishing and unacceptable.
