Definitely not a 4 stars hotel, maybe 3 stars. The deluxe room is just right at the corner of the reception, very noisy and cramped. When we arrived we were informed that the sauna was in another facility 2 kilometres away - not sure if we meant to walk all the way there.

Bom custo-benefício

Muito confortável, bom custo-benefício. Tem alguns pontos a melhorar, cheguei no café da manhã as 9 horas e já estava uma bagunça, sem reposições, inclusive café frio e não repuseram o leite durante todo meu café da manhã, achei essa parte bem bagunçada. Outro ponto foi sobre a brinquedoteca, escolhi o hotel justamente por isso e ela estava inativa, poderiam ter sido mais atenciosos e explicado antes da estadia, foi um balde de água fria. Do mais tudo certo durante minha estadia

No geral foi incrivel a estadia. Cacfe da manha de qualidade, a piscina ser aquecida foi a salvação da viagem, pois fez frio e chuva e ainda sim passei o dia na piscina e na hidro externa e no final da noite a banheira no quarto. O quarto é bem novo, a tv é smart e pega os apps na conta do proprio hotel. O atendimento foi muito bom, somente na recepção teve um detalhe, mas as vezes podemos nao estar em um bom dia, nada que desabone o lugar. E ter um bar na piscina foi realmente bacana, alem do hotel fornecer quantas toalhas voce solicitar e ter uma parceria com outro hotel quando for a praia. Apesar de não ter usado o serviço, eles tambem oferecem bicicleta, ótimo como um a mais para o hospede e tambem tem academia. Voltarei sem duvida.

Mt bom!

Agendei pelo hotéis.com e só depois vi que tinham algumas avaliações negativas (e recentes). Tive um pouco de receio quanto à isso, mas chegando no local, fiquei surpresa. O ambiente é bem aconchegante, limpinho e os colaboradores são extremamente educados e solicitos. Ficamos no quarto 5, ele tem um tamanho bom para um casal, o ar gelava bastante e a tv é enooorme. O banheiro também é ok, mas senti falta de um secador fixo (fica aqui a sugestão). Ponto negativo: a acústica não é tão boa e nossa janela ficava em frente à área kids. Aí, imagine… Fora isso, de infraestrutura, eles tem piscina quente e jacuzzi, um serviço de bar INCRÍVEL e o café da manhã é aquele básico que funciona. Deixo aqui meu ponto positivo para o bolo de tapioca, UMA DELÍCIA! No demais, falta vagas para estacionar e a localização deixa um pouco a desejar também, mas a rua é segura e o serviço de praia já compensa isso. Tivemos acesso a day use na pousada dos condes, os meninos da praia são bem atenciosos e os pedidos podem ser feios no WhatsApp que eles levam até as cadeirinhas na areia. Muito bom. Voltarei + vezes!

Hospedagem La Serena

Quarto bem confortável, cama também. Ar condicionado excelente, chuveiro também. O porém é que a janela é virada para dentro do prédio, para a academia, então o ar acaba não circulando. Excelente estrutura, área da piscina muito bonita. No café da manhã tinham poucos funcionários fazendo as reposições, e algumas coisas deixavam a desejar na qualidade.
