Local muito lindo. A casa fica num tipo de condominio, muito seguro e com muita area verde ao redor. No sentimentos exatamente no meio da mata. Piscina muito quentinha e funcional. Casa muito boa. Alguns detalhezinhos a serem feitas por ser antiga, mas já estão sendo providenciados pelo que pudemos ver.O proprietário é muito atencioso, perfeccionista, fica atento a todos os detalhes durante a estadia.
