Quiet and serene community with excellent clubhouse, pool, playground, soccer field, walking trails and many green areas to relax. House has spacious open concept kitchen, dining table, living room, tv room, 4 bedrooms including 2 suites, 1 bathroom common to the other 2 bedrooms and downstairs toilet, balcony and 2 car garage. Super well located, 10km or 17min from Disney by car. From the balcony you can watch even parts of the Magic Kingdom fireworks.
